Compared to other insect repellents which smell quiet overpowering and contain some nasty chemicals this is literally a breath of fresh air. It’s slightly oily but easy to apply, lovely sent and a bottle goes a long way. More importantly it keeps away mosquitos and midges without the nasty chemicals . Not what it was designed for but both fishmen and military swear by it.
