Best pre-workout on the market
Tastes great without leaving you with the jitters. Easy to use, just mix a scoop with some water. Sure the dose isn't as high as some other brands, but it has enough of the good stuff such that it keeps you focus, motivated, and at top performance during your workout. Besides, you don't want to develop a tolerance to the high dosage stuff. I take it once or twice a week, usually after work, so that I don't end up dependent on this stuff.Doesn't smell or taste too bad either. Good value for money compared to a cup of coffee.

Great energy booster
I drink this every morning around 20-30 minutes before my workout. Fruit punch ingredients taste great and is quick to make and easy to mix, never fully dissolves though so swirl the water before the last gulp. Definitely notice my performance levels are higher after drinking this. I used the subscription feature so have a tub delivered once a month, great increase in value and worth the price.

Good but very sweet
I like this product and have a couple of flavours. I can feel it working and helps boost and maintain energy for workouts. I'd like a flavour that isn't as sweet though - I need to dilute it more than directions say to. First world problems.......

Best one yet!
I took one proper scoop of this pre-workout, and within 15 minutes, I could hear colors and see my ancestors cheering me on. My legs started bouncing like I had just guzzled five energy drinks, and suddenly, I needed to hit the gym like my life depended on it. Keep in mind, this was my first ever pre workout so I wasn’t used to the caffeine or any of the good stuff in it.By the time I got to the squat rack, I was vibrating at a different frequency. My usual 10 reps turned into 20, and I had to be physically removed from the gym (kidding)Side effects? Mild tingles, an uncontrollable urge to lift heavy things, and the ability to bench press my life problems. 10/10 would recommend—just maybe don’t take it before bedtime unless you enjoy staring at the ceiling with existential dread.

Tastes good, but suffers from under-dosing ingredients.
Flavour I bought tastes pretty good, and has enough caffeine for most. Problem is that some of the ingredients are at dosages that are sub-efficacious for the effects you might want to achieve and at some dosages they're offering here, they may aswell be taken out of the formula all together. It is nice that it does contain about half your serving of creatine per day so if you're taking this daily, you probably only need to add a bit more in a shake later on and be fine.Citrulline is pretty laughably dosed at 750mg. Citrulline is thought to increase NO production leading to better pumps in the gym. However the minimum effective dose is around 3-4g, with many PWOs offering up to 5-6g or more. At this dosage I don't even think there is any point in including it in the formula.Beta Alanine is dosed at 1.5g, which is fine if you just want that itchy feeling, although for most people it will not provide many benefits. Although again, we usually see higher doses of this in other PWOs.Only thing this has going for it is the flavour and caffeine really. Good introduction to PWO and at 20 quid for 30 servings is not too bad considering you're usually paying upwards of £30 for most effective PWOs. This will do fine if you're just getting into the gym and want a little kick but later on I would recommend looking into some more effective options; generally, you're not going to find these on amazon but on dedicated online supplement stores.

An excellent source of energy ideal for morning workouts
Having bought the watermelon flavour I can say this tastes brilliant, just as you might expect, but it is very sweet. Although I don’t feel a sudden rush of energy after drinking this, I have still felt more energised than not drinking this before a workout. It’s fantastic for morning workouts, it has enabled me lift heavier and make more gains. Moreover, this has given me more energy for the rest of the day to continue working without feeling fatigued. However, this has made me feel quite bloated drinking this shortly after breakfast. I assume it’s because of the creatine content so I would advise giving it some time after eating before taking this.I think it has great value, for its price point and super caffeine content, this has finally solved my issue of feeling sleepy after working out in the morning.
