Excellent machine
I use my in home...as my hands are full of arthritis I was struggling with the twist lid coffee pots.. This machine is excellent... I bought the one with the extra pot.. glad I did ..as when i make a pot it is gone straight away ...by the time everyone has theirs I have another pot all ready to go.... Makes great coffee
Purchased this machine from Garraways. Item did not arrive as expected. However, when I contacted the seller they dispatched a replacement machine at no cost. Great service from Garraways. As for the coffee machine, we have used it in out office for the last week (as a replacement for a Nespresso business contract machine). Simple to use and makes great coffee. Really pleased with it. Considering something similar for home now...
