No evidence it puts you in ketosis, only supports your transition
The product provides a ready supply of butyrate for your body to burn while your liver tries to make its own for transitioning to ketosis. This makes the energy gap less traumatic while you transition. So while this product supports transition, it does not put you in Ketosis despite claims. True ketosis occurs when your fat tissues start dumping fatty acids into your blood and your liver metabolises them to ketones, and your breath has acetone (carbon atoms that originated from your own body fat). That transition is usually miserable for a few days, and the product makes it easier to bear.

Expensive, but it does work
I found the Peaches & Cream much more palatable than the chocolate flavour (chocolate was very sweet, and not very chocolatey). Very easy to mix, and raises ketones. I use to help through fasted training, and notice sustained energy and focus.

Tastes nice, and seems to help in getting rid of fat. A bit expensive though, and doesn't last long

I like the effect of the powder
I like the effect of the powder, I notice a difference before exercise especially... it is expensive though and the flavour is a bit saccharine sweet for my liking!

BHB Hinders Weight Loss, False Reading!
terrible misinformation about exogenous ketones, they just give false readings as "in ketosis" but since they are nor produced by our body (and to produce them our body needs to break down its own stored fat) not only they do nothing for weight loss, but they actually hinder it!!!
