This has become my go-to vanilla syrup. The 1L bottle lasts a good amount of time, and because it is sugar-free you do not get the same sticky sugar build-up around the bottle opening if you are pouring directly from it. It is a little less sweet than the regular version, so I tend to use slightly more, but the flavour is very good. I also do not get the chemical or alcohol-like aftertaste I have noticed with some other sugar-free syrups. For me, this is one of the better-tasting sugar-free vanilla syrups I have tried.

If you, like me, have been lamenting the removal of Vanilla Coke from the supermarkets, this may well be the answer to your prayers. A single teaspoon of Monin vanilla syrup, added to a standard can of Coke, makes for a very satisfying - perhaps even nicer, in some ways - alternative that's had me wondering if I'd even bother going back, should the Coca-Cola company change their minds and start stocking it again. I drink far too much Coke Zero, and yet one bottle has still lasted me around four weeks, and that's with my husband sneaking it into his Pepsi from time to time, too. Given how long a single bottle lasts, I consider the price well worth it. I chose the sugar-free variety of this syrup specifically because it seemed a bit silly to be adding sugar to Coke Zero. By itself, it does have a slight "chemical" aftertaste; this was not something that I found particularly off-putting as it's going in Coke anyway and tastes just fine when it's there. If this is going to be a deal-breaker for you, the full-sugar version may be more suitable for your needs.

Excellent product, I’m always skeptical around sugar free products as they usually have a certain taste but this product tastes just like the real deal. Perfect in my lattes that I make at home. Bottle lasts several months when having a one coffee everyday.

I only tend to have one coffee syrup in my cupboard at a time, and the last one I had was a Salted Dark Chocolate Espresso syrup which was also sugar free so that's forming the baseline for my comaprison here. The trouble with the skinny syrup is that it an exceptionally strong 'artificially saccharin' aftertaste. Now I'm no anti-sweetener zealot, I quite like them but the other brand was far too strong. This syrup is nowhere near as artifically sweet, which is a good thing. However it's also nowhere near as concentrated in the flavour department either. By my estimate it requires 3-4x more of this syrup to achieve a similar amount of flavouring - which seems a bit like rinse and repeat on shampoo, it means you'll go through the bottle a lot quicker. As long as you purchase with that in mind I don't see it as much of an issue because the actual taste is good. There's no strong, lingering, obviously artificial sweetener aftertaste with this. It would be nicer if the vanilla was a couple of manitudes stronger... maybe it would be worth dropping a vanilla pod into the bottle? I might have to try this. I'd recommend it, but be aware you need to add more than you might otherwise expect.

You only need a bit of this syrup to sweeten your drinks. Tastes great when mixed well and even better has saved me soooo much money on buying drinks. I now enjoy making them myself and its lasted a good 20 drinks. To be fair I did think it would last longer but I can't complain when it saves money overall!

Perfekt zum süßen von allem was man möchte, ob zum Backen oder im Getränk, der Sirup macht sich in Allem gut! 👍🏼 der Vanille Geschmack ist künstlich wie Vanilin, also kein natürliches Erlebnis. Schmeckt aber so wie man es erwartet von künstlicher Vanille - super Vanillinich.

It is just as described. I love adding it to my coffee because it gives it a distinguished and light flavor. It is not necessary to add too much to feel its flavor, so it also lasts. I bought it months ago and it is still enough for many more coffees. Will definitely buy again.
