Have been using it for three months now. This is a superb product. It's the kind of product that makes you think why all other portable vacuum cleaners shouldn't be like this. Here are my views:Pros:- The trunk makes life so easy. Can reach everywhere with precision.- Good suction, does the job.- The length of trunk allows you to easily reach corners and tight spaces that you normally cannot.- Easy on your back, as a result as you can reach more without bending too much.- Perfect for cleaning staircases. Previously had to drag a Henry up the stairs, holding the base with one hand, holding the trunk with the other, doing some acrobatics in between not to fall just to get the stairs clean; not to mention the cable running all over, things getting twisted up and all that. Now with this, it's basically walk in the park; too easy. The brush is perfect for this.Cons- There are two attachments, one long and one short with a brush. Both very useful, but only one spot is provided on the base for storage. It makes sense for there to be two. So that they can both be stored on the device in a nice and tidy way. Not a big deal, but nice to have.-Screeching loud noise, but would rather have a good suction than a quieter one. So it's ok.

Likes: Super Lightweight, reasonably powerful, great design. Two useful tools. this vac is great for arthritis as holding the motor separate from the nozzle enables good balance and the lead hand can direct the nozzle with great accuracy. With arthritis in both hands this vac is especially useful for dusting skirting, Venetian blind slats, architrave door-tips, window sills & surfaces. It is light enough to hold in one hand and direct the hose nozzle with the other as I move from room to room. The suction power and charge is sufficient for a light clean of a small bungalow, but the battery would need a recharge, for larger properties, heavier clean, or a household car. As there is no hose extension pole or floor tool this isn't suitable for a main vac which is a missed opportunity.Improvements: perhaps more power / longer battery use, quickervrecharge time. A hose extension, there is no way of extending the reach! I'm 5'3", a lightweight retratractable, twist to lock extendable plastic tube would be handy for ceiling lightfittings & cobwebs instead of having to balance on a stool! A floor tool to avoid bending.
