They have been taken for health purposes and as I have been taking them for at least twenty years they - together with cod liver oil - has been successful as I am now over ninety years of age.

Better than I expected
Vitamins take a few months to work to build up depleted nutrient stores in your system. After a few months, I can say I’ve avoided any illnesses around me and can tell these have improved my immunity (typically, I catch every cold around me). They are small, easy to take pills and well worth it. Have already reordered my second package.

Changed the vitamin and mineral levels
I have been taking this for the last couple of years and have been happy with them, however I have just had more delivered and am not happy that they have now changed the packaging and the levels of vitamins and minerals with no mention at all of this when I ordered. They have added Zinc and upped the levels of most of the vitamins but reduced the level of Selenium to just 100% RDA instead of the 182% that it always was. I had always chosen these tablets because of the Selenium level but will now have to find an alternative make.
