Not genuine product?
This doesn't seem like genuine product as the hand cream container says hand wash on the back & the type is already wearing off, plus the pump was broken off.

Spring not good.
The hand lotion top broke as soon as i opened it- the spring. The soap was okay.The smell was very nice
