Great item for its value, built it in no time and my cats love it. Next one I purchase will be from Amazon guaranteed! The picture is with my 35lb cat, so ya its sturdy :)

the product assembling process was manageable but my box had missing nails.I had to go all over the town looking for the nails with the same shape but couldn't find any.in the end I solved the issue by somehow making similar substitute by my self.any how the cats loved the tree.

As with any tall object, try to make sure you anchor it to a wall stud. Hardware for that IS NOT provided so you'll have to improvise. Most of the cat trees/condos lately have been very substandard quality, very thin material. This one is about a medium on that scale. Not heavy duty, but not too bad either. I added a small carpeted ladder to the top of the larger house so it would be easier for our cat to climb up, it is a bit awkward when it's against a wall. I also used a base from a previous cat tree. The base of this is a bit smaller than advertised on the product page.

The tree instructions had numbers and letters of parts printed over the parts so they were difficult to read. Managed to get it done. BUT the carpet is so thin and so badly attached that my cat had it off one of the posts in one day.Would not buy again, or recommend it to others.
