I'm a complete beginner when it comes to liquid wax, I've only used the Veet Roll on kit before now, this is my first ever wax heater. It's nice a compact - light weight and easy to store away devise. The light seemed to be an issue for a lot of people, and mine does the same thing - where the light clicks on and after a minute or two, then it clicks back off - but I think its just indicting that its up to temperature when the light goes out and is reheating when the light clicks on. It does keep its heat and the casing never gets to hot to handle if you do need to move it.I brought the Mylee Rose wax with it and the lid fits over the top to help keep the heat in and warm it up faster if necessary. I haven't turned it up to full temperature yet but it takes rough 30 - 45 minutes to warm up a brand new wax pot on a medium to high heat. It can get a little messy but you can remove the wax that might have fallen onto the heater easily when you clean up and left over wax. I love how easy this makes waxing and I'm really please that I brought it! For the price and the size - you can't go to wrong. Its made the whole process 10x easier and I don't have to book an appointment to get my legs waxed, I can do it on my own time! Thank you! x

I've only just used this once/twice now but this is an absolute life-changer. It is the perfect size, and comes with a removable inside part for hard wax beans. The heat controls can make the wax a little too hot but it's just worth checking after having it on for a while. It is a very practical and well-made product, and after having many little problems in the past with heating wax in a microwave/hob etc, this resolves the issue completely and also means hard wax beans can be melted very quickly. Really happy and great value for money.

Bought this to replace my other wax pot which I got from a beauty show. In comparison to my old one, this is definitely tons better! Have used the removable pot to keep my hot wax in, takes around 15 -30 minutes to heat up depending how much wax their is and I like how the removable lid is see through so you don't have to take the lid off every time to check if the wax has melted! The wax pot itself is light, small and compact which makes it easy to store or take with you. You can also fit the wax containers inside instead of having to pour or refill the removable pot. Great item to have whether your a trained beautician like me or just want it for yourself at home! Also GREAT price for such a good quality item when it's 3x more expensive for professional ones which is just as good

Brought this for home use. I am a beauty therapist and know a bit about wax pots as we have them in the salon. Getting straight to the point this device is very flimsy and lightweight HOWEVER it does the job so its great value for money. My main gripe is that it takes about 1hour for it to heat up and thats using the slightly larger wax from Rico. Some reviewers have said that it keeps switching itself on and off. This is normal for all wax pots just because the light is not on it does not mean that it has switched itself off. Overal great buy and would recommend you buy some wax collars to protect it and it helps when changing the wax pots.

So easy to use, it heats up really quickly and packs away nicely into its box afterwards. I'm currently using bead wax that I add as needed into the pot but you could also use a pot of wax. The 'bucket' lifts out (with a handle that doesn't get too hot) so you can take the wax out and move it away from the heater if needed. It's also handy for washing out too. Great price, great product, glad I got it.

This is a reliable and easy to use waxing pot. The fact that it has a standard power cable makes it flexible to place around your home. For the amateur waxer, the easy to remove wax pot and dial temperature control makes it easy to regulate the temperature of the wax. Work probably very good wax machine

Everything was going well until it came to cleaning. Worked a dream and very easy to use. The only thing that marked it down was the incredibly razor sharp edges on the inner pot! I literally sliced my fingers open (4 at a time!) Does not make it easy to clean when you have blood pouring out of your fingers and you are trying to protect the ones you havent sliced open! Other tha that i love it

I recieved this product nd its not heating the wax ..the temperature setting was at high still the wax was very less heated plus its a non returnable product. I ordered this one becoz of the reviews but mine was not good. So please be cautious before buying it.
