Hyalofemme Vaginal Dryness and Irritation Relief Moisturiser Gel 30g

Find this product perfect for me after having a hysterectomy and being taken off my hrt it is great at keeping myself comfotable and moist use it once a week alternate with another well known brand and find they both seem to work well.Am lucky dont get that nasty residue other people get probably because I find I only need to use half the stated dose at a time.Sometimes find it hard to aquire Amazon didnt have a supply for a while but back now find it a littlte expensive good job it lasts me a long time. Would recommend to anyone who needs to be comfortable again.

Instructions advise for use to maintain moisture levels every 3 days. I have little to no natural lubrication and found this only lasted around half a day on the day of application and didn't provide any change in comfort or lasting relief.I applied the product as instructed by fully inserting the application tube and just in case I needed to catch up on my moisture levels, reapplied it every 1-2 days. Sadly I used the whole tube within 2 weeks with no improvements at all or since.

Easy to apply, stays in place but not very effective for my specific condition. Probably worth using for minor dryness.

I thought I was the only one suffering from this condition until I read posts on the internet and that is how I came to find out about this gel. I have only used it 3 times so far but it has worked where other medications have not (including that prescribed by my doctor). It has been so effective - instructions are to use it every 3 days and it should bring relief within a fortnight but today is my 3rd time and I am now back to normal! Wish I had known about it sooner as I am now 69!

Good product effective and easy.It arrives promptly and is not too expensive. How do other people feel?Best wishesjenny

Not as good as re-plens

I have suffered from atrophy for several years, periodically having very bad irritation and discomfort.I am always researching for new products to try, this appears to work for me, I have used one tube as directed over the last 30 days, some days are better than others but I am generally much more comfortable.I am cautiously optimistic, fingers crossed.I have ordered more supplies as I am impressed with product.

Have tried other products off the shelf & also prescription pessaries but have to say this is one of the best by far that iv used .No messy residue so easy to use & have made my love life come alive again after going through several years of the menopause .Will be buying this again for definite when i next need it ,will be recommending it to my menopausal friends .
