Different types of salts have different flavors and levels of saltiness. This is a sea-salt that seems o have the perfect properties for roasting that I have found. Unlike table salt, or kosher salt, this sea-salt works well with meats instead of trying to overpower them. When roasting chicken or beef, this is what I use exclusivly.

I like this salt for use when roasting potatoes or in sauces, soups, etc. The particles are fairly large so it needs to be used in something where it can dissolve. It absolutely enhances flavor without tasting salty. I will buy it again
