Does it kill scabies? can i spray mattress, bed linen, child teddy bear, sofa, carpet etc to prevent re-infestation. how often do i need to re-spray?

Hi I get this for my mum. She's under a dermatologist and has had many creams lotions etc. This i the only thing that immediately stops intense itching. However the spots and rash continue despite many creams. I think she is more complex but this does what it says... she thinks it a wonder lotion ... sharon
