I thought the volume control and mute didn't work - my own fault for not choosing the correct code for the unit. I input my original code from the old remote and this one worked perfectly. Anyone having a problem - keep trying the different codes until you find one where everything works - or do as I did and use the one you found for the original remote.

Remote Control arrived on time, nicely packaged.Inserted batteries, and it worked immediately (!) - but all except sound control.Followed instructions on SKY website help, entered code, and now all buttons are working.Great purchase. Should have done this sooner.
