Catinsider 70.9 Inches Multi Level Cat Tree with Two Hammocks, Condo, Top Perch for Cats Light Gray

What weight will this hold? I have 3 cats, 2 at 19lbs and one at 12lbs.

Has anyone gotten one recently that have had issues with quality (posts, basket, hammock)? Can cat step on the condo? Is the bottom of perch cushioned

What are the inside dimensions of the top perch? Since the base is hard i want to put a cat bed in it like with my old one.

Is there any flexibility in terms of how to assemble it? I want to see if I can put it together without the little hammock on the lefthand side.
