Sony Ericsson MH-410(3.5mm Pin, Black) Stereo Headset with In-Line Microphone in Bulk Packing

tl;dr - Quality is somewhat disappointing for Sony's previous standards, but they get the job done well enough.These headphones have fairly decent quality speakers however they miss a lot of bottom end in all sound forms whether it be music or voice, bass is lost even with an EQ change in your music app - this is fairly disappointing for Sony. However, they still work, the right ear ha a longer cable to go around the back of the neck and then into your right ear. This does get caught on the neck of a lot of my shirts, I'd have preferred a central balanced cable with same length earpieces.The microphone pics up a lot of wind noise but speech is relatively clear if you're driving for example or in a quiet environment. Its black colors blend in well with my clothing and are barely noticeable which looks smarter. There is plenty of cable length, I stand at 6 feet tall and there is still 12 inches of spare cable if I were to have my phone in my pocket.Finally, due to the thickness of the main cable, you can't fit it in most clothing clips for headphone wires, you can only fit one of the earpiece cables in one of those, I fit it to the right one so that it pulls the left one higher with it to prevent catching.

I didn't hesitate to buy these earphones after reading the raving reviews! They're amazing quality for the price and they compare equally well to other leading brands. I don't like my music sounding flat and tinny and can't stand cheap earphones that make great music sound horrible, you don't have that problem with these- they provide a decent amount of bass and I'm able to increase this via the settings on my phone (Samsung Galaxy S5). I'm thinking of ordering another pair as I tend to go through earphones quite a lot no matter how expensive, I've had ones that cost £30 and they've only lasted as long as cheaper ones, so why pay more? The only niggle for some might be that the earphone wires are different lengths- the right earphone is supposed to go around the back of your neck so is longer than the left earphone wire and there's no volume control button on the mic (this isn't a problem for me, the quality of sound makes up for this so I don't mind). If you don't mind those slight issues you'll love them, go on order a pair, you won't regret it! :)

Hi This arrived as a white set of headphones as opposed to black

Not what I expected. The image shown makes it look like there is an in-line volume slider, but it is just a button which is ok if you want them for a mobile phone but this is not what I use them for. The sound quality is very tinny and the sound quality is like its coming out of a cardboard box. I'm trying to find something similar to my old Sony MDR earphones that have amazing sound but they are discontinued. At least they were cheap, but I can't say "you get what you paid for" because my old MDR earphones have amazing clarity and were less than a tenner 2 years ago. I know there are others, but I don't like the earbud type and I need this kind as I don't like all outside noise to be silenced.

Good headphones. Feel a bit cheap (cos they are) but badged as Sony and the sound is fine. I like the looped round the back of next style headphones and took me ages to find these. At this price I have several sets - well worth it.

Bought to use in my iPhone. They do work ok but the but around the top of the jack is bigger than Apple ones and really too big to get through the hole of my leather phone cover. It does fit in the phone but the plastic bit above the metal jack is bulkier.Sound quality is good. Haven't worked out how to adjust volume on the remote but can make calls etc with it well enough.

Decent sound but nothing spectacular...no bass...i m pleased the mic works on my note 4 phone. I ve used them for like 3 weeks by now and i can tell the have a good built quality. All togher a very good buy considering the low price.
