Great long lasting earphones but not ideal for calls
I’ve been using these for about a couple of months now and I have to say these are really amazing. The sound quality is good, especially considering the price. And most importantly, the battery life is incredible and I haven’t seen any earphones of any price beat them. They last for ages. The only thing that loses this a star is the issue i have with voice calls and in particular using FaceTime with this. My phone is an iPhone se and I’m not sure if this is just a problem with this model of phone or these earphones but for some reason the quality of a FaceTime call using these earphones is absolutely awful. The mic is quite far away and the quality of audio is just bad, it sounds worse than a regular phone call.I have to carry my old iPhone headphones just for use of phone calls. So to summarise, these are really great earphones that last hours longer than competitors and I highly recommend but these are not ideal for doing calls. I would buy them again in either case. But just a heads up.

Quality sound
Very pleased with this purchase. Arrived well packaged and in a smartly designed box. Inside you get instructions, the earphones and a selection of the rubber end tips in different sizes. There is also a micro usb charger and a soft carrying case.Fit comfortably in the ear and the end tips are easy to change if necessary. Controlled by 3 buttons on the top of the right side of the ear phones. Pairing is as simple as holding the power button and selecting the newly found device on your phone. Easily done in seconds and, at least with iPhones, a headphone symbol and battery symbol appear at the top of the screen to help keep track of the battery. The cord itself is quite long but comfortable to wear and the pack includes a small black cord tidy that slides on if you wish to make the cord a bit shorter. The sound quality is absolutely fine and unless you are looking for a state of the art piece of equipment these should suit your needs easily. Play/pause, skip and vol. can all be controlled on the ear piece buttons meaning you don’t need to constantly pull out your device to change them.I’m not a runner/gym goer however I see no reason these would not be suitable for such activities. The earphones seem to be easy to clean and the charging port is underneath the ear piece and covered so there is no open port to damage with perspiration.Quality product at a very competitive price.

Sound is not as good as a lot of reviews would lead you to believe!
These headphones are decent. I bought them on the reviews that said the sound was good... the sound is not good it is decent. I own also a pair of plantronics backbeat FIT. The quality of the sound on those was really good. The battery life was starting to get very low so I thought why not give another pair a try. So I am comparing the sound against these. This is why I said the sound is not as good as them. The highs seems rather tinny, though it can be turned up loud you don't really need it, it actually sounds worse if turned up.On my first use of them I went running. The material is quite lightweight which is nice and they are comfortable. The only downside is that it rattles continually on the side which has the buttons for turning the volume up and down and on/off. This got rather annoying and I won't use them for running again, they are better gym use headphones. They are currently my backup set of headphones.

Fantastic value gym headphones
I purchased these headphones solely for gym use, and therefore didn’t want to spend a decent sum on them just in case swear eventually lowers their lifespan.I was not expecting the quality of sound they delivered for the price that I paid. I have used a variety of different headphones in the past, and own my all time favourites, a pair of Audio Technica ATH-M50’s. Whilst you are not getting the all round sound that the Audio Technicas deliver, I would definitely say they are better than earphones such as Beats in earphones at a fraction of the cost.At gym, I prefer a stronger bass response than I usually would in my headphones, and these deliver some fantastic bass when paired with the comply earbuds that are provided in the box. The rest of the sound is definitely more than acceptable, but it really is the bass that is evident within these buds.I would highly recommend them for people who want to listen to Hip Hop, Grime, Dance, whilst I have also listened to Rock/Metal and they have also performed well.Build Quality has been good so far, with them handling sweat due to the resistance rating, but cannot currently comment on their lifespan. They are also very effective at staying in your ears during exercise, largely down to the ear hooks. As a conclusion, if you’re looking for a cheap pair of Bluetooth earphones that offer good quality sound and you enjoy bass, then I would look no further

Great until the right ear stops working and they fell to bits - hopefully just a one-off defective pair.
These headphones were fine for the first 3-4 weeks of using them. Decent sound quality and they fit okay, until a few weeks later the right ear completely stopped working, and then another week later the headphones almost completely fall apart in my pocket. I was shocked to remind myself that the price was originally £119 (I paid a lot less on sale), which suggests at the very least a high quality, sturdy, reliable set of headphones that won't fall to pieces in the first few months. I'd be keen for a refund or a new pair. Really frustrating.NB. Having messaged Ybola about it, I have since received (very quickly) a new pair of these headphones in the post, which is great. Here's hoping these ones do the job and the problems with the last pair was just an anomaly! I'm sure all mass produced headphones will have the odd defective pair.

Spend a little more for a reliable pair
The pair worked ok, sound was ok, nothing extreme. I would expect a pair to last 12 months min, such as the previous ones that lasted close to 18 month. Well these didn't, only 8 months. When contacting the seller, responsiveness was ok but the solution had a greater cost for me than the actual pair. When this was pointed out, responsiveness went out the window, thus I feel they are not trustworthy and have gone and bought a different brand now.I also refrained from giving it 1 or 2 stars as the device was not awful, just the support was.
