Fit is perfect

I've had this case on my phone for years and absolutely love it. I have tried many, many different card cases on various phones and none of them come anywhere close to the excellent design of this Clayco card case. Even though I've dropped it many times over the years, the case still works like the day I first got it. The card tray slides out and snaps back in easily. The placement of the tray and the way it slides out of the case instead of a little door that opens is far and sway the sturdiest, most secure design I have ever seen. Even after being dropped several times over the years, it still works perfectly. Sadly though, my Note 8 has not lasted as long, so I've just replaced it with a Samsung s22 Ultra. I'm disappointed that Clayco does not currently have the same type of card case for my new phone. I tried a different brand with the little door that opens and it's horrible. I'd love to know if Clayco will be offering the tray design card case for the s22 Ultra 5G anytime in the future. For now, I'll be using a regular case with a stick-on neoprene wallet.

I love this case, it's the best phone case I've owned to date. I wish this were available for other phones as well.Pros:Sturdy - I've dropped multiple times and my phone is completely fine.Card Holder - this is the best card holder I've used on a phone case. It only holds two cards, but that's all I need for work or If I'm going out for the night. The cards slide out of the bottom with a hole on the other side so you can easily take them out.Aesthetic - The case looks good. It's nothing too flashy if that's what you're going for.Practicality - buttons are easy to press, you can use the fingerprint scanner, but it's a little difficult. the phone is not a hindrance.Cons:Bulky? - The phone definitely becomes more bulky, but it's not to the degree of some other wallet casesslippery - after awhile, if you don't clean off the case, it may get a little slick after prolonged use. I didn't come across this extremely minor inconvenience until about a year in.fingerprint scanner - the added bulk makes it awkward to use the scanner. That being said I never use the scanner anyways so it's very minor.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I wish this design was more common, it's extremely practical and not too flashy. it still offers protection, and it's super cheap for what you're getting. 5/5 would recommend

Alright so I messed up by not reading properly. This case is for Note 8 and I have a Note 9. The case still fits well, the side buttons just don't line up which I'm not concerned with, I still have functionality of my phone. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the phone does sick out of the case (I checked other reviewer photos and it's not just because I have the Note 9) so I don't think this will hold up well if it falls face down. Due to this I will be looking for a different case. I love the concept though!

Bottom line: this case does what I need it to do, and given the choice I'd buy it again.I've been using this case for a few weeks now, and it's been great. I bought this only to have a place to store my bus pass, so I can't speak to storing things like credit/debit cards or money. However, my paper bus passes are always safe inside the case. It slides out enough that I can display it when needed but it remains far enough inside that I don't worry about it falling out. At first I had a little trouble opening it, but once I got the hang of it, it was quite easy to do. I don't use wireless charging myself, but I have no problems attaching a cable or accessing the buttons and the camera lens isn't obstructed. The case is on the bulky side, but not unreasonable so for having a slot that can hold two cards. The color is true to the photo here on Amazon, and the company logo is discreet.The only point I have against it is that the case got a couple of small nicks within the first week of use. That was just from bouncing around in my bag. It wasn't in there with anything heavy, and I didn't drop the phone. That was disappointing; however, I can't take points off for that. The damage is cosmetic and not very noticeable. Most important of all, it doesn't interfere with using the card slot.

Clayvo has the best quality cases hands down!!!. It is heavy duty protection while still being cute. Nice color, a little bulky on the hands but it works.

I love the color, I even like the card slide out on bottom with finger hole to dislodge card better than slide out on my spigen case, although a little difficult to open at first.I was trying to replace a similar card case by spigen I have that became discolored. I had this on phone for 5 min and knew it was going back, which is a shame because I love the color and texturized back. 2 reasons: it's way too thick and it's really hard to push power and volume buttons. I knew the case would be thicker due to card case, but it's much thicker than my current card case that also holds 2 cards. The main reason I decided it needs to be returned is the buttons, just not responsive enough and I have to push really hard at just the right angle or use two hands to steady phone. Granted, the note is a big phone and I have small hands, but the buttons on the spigen are very responsive and I know it will drive me crazy that the buttons on this are so difficult to push and I have to push multiple times to wake phone up. Maybe future versions will be improved.
