Women's Gothic Steampunk Jacquard Overbust Corset Vest with Buckles

Fit: My measurements are 37/31/38, 5'6", 145lb, with a short waist and longer legs. I ordered an Upgraded Blue in XL based on their size chart, and it fit unevenly - almost too big in the bust and not tight enough around the waist. I ordered another in Large and that fit much better (see photos for comparison).Style: It's hard to tell from item pictures but the boob area is cup-shaped more than other corsets, so this is a great style for ladies with a smaller waist and a generous chest. I love the blue brocade pattern, the modesty panel, the adjustable shoulder straps, the adjustable hip buckles, the adjustable waist buckles in front, and the bonus bust hook. I especially appreciate the shoulder straps and waist buckles because it feels more secure for wearing in public. In fact, I wore this to a metal show and rocked out with zero worries about any part of it coming undone! Overall very pleased with this style and I'm thinking about getting another color for my collection.

I am so impressed by how gorgeous the embroidery is! The shade of red is rich and deep. It's a bit difficult to get on and off, but practice helps. I'm 160 pounds and 5'5" tall, with a 32-33 inch waist and 36 inch bust and hips. The XL fits me PERFECTLY. I was shocked at how comfortable it is (I had never worn a corset before, so I was expecting it to feel like I was being crushed). I did have to punch an extra hole in the shoulder straps because they were too long for me, but now it looks perfect. The details are stunning, and it feels very sturdy. I was just buying this to dress up as a character for Halloween, but it's so lovely that I will definitely be using it for other occasions. I feel really sexy and tough in it, without feeling like I'm trying to be something I'm not. It does a great job of hugging your figure while still letting you breathe. So glad I bought this, and the price is unbeatable. Exactly what I was looking for, and for a lot less money than I was expecting

I'm 5'8", 135 pounds, 34D, with a 28 inch waist. The Updated Black medium left me with a 1" gap in the modesty panel on the back after adjusting the laces for size. The large fits perfectly, and feels weighty and solid. I couldn't be happier!Edit: Attaching an image to show how the lacing ended up to fit me in the large size. The bottom, which reaches a couple of inches above my tailbone, is almost completely cinched. With my 35" hips, I think an XL would have been too big.

Follow the listed measurments to make sure you purchase the correct size. I usually wear M/L and a XXL in this piece fits. The only thing that doent fit quite right is the chest area. The cups gape a little and are a bit higher than normal . I had to loosen the straps all the way in order to make the cups lay over where my actual breasts were, but I have an athletic build and am not the curviest person. I wear a 34B, so someone with a larger bust may have this top fit them perfectly. Besides that, I love it. It looks and feels high quality and is not as constricting as I was expecting. The fabric isn't all that breathable, like I thought, so youre definitley going to sweat in it if youre outdoors.

I was sort of put off by the measurements... as a size 4 to 6... it seemed ridiculous to follow the size chart for a larger size... but I'm glad I did! This fits like a glove and it so incredibly beautiful! I purchased as part of my Halloween costume. I put it on with my husband's help. Corsets aren't easy yall! Walked to the mirror and said..."I can see going out with this and a pair of ripped jeans it would look so cute!" I NEVER say anything like that when it comes to clothes! I NEVER like how I look! This is absolutely gorgeous! I honestly like how I look in it. Get over the size chart buy according to your true measurements and you will not be disappointed!

Very pretty but definitely runs small. I'm 32 bust, 28 waist, 35 hip and thank goodness this comes with a "privacy curtain" because I needed the whole thing. I'll probably return this one for a M honestly but I want to see if it fits better over my peasant dress first.There's a lot of loose fabric on the inside but I don't think it affects the quality of the corset. It is comfortable to wear, and I love that the shoulders adjust, one of my biggest issues with corsets are that the shoulders are always too long. It's a bit of a pain to take on and off alone, a zipper on the side would have been very helpful. But overall I would recommend this corset.

Everything about this corset exceeded my expectations, particularly for the price! I have ordered many corsets from Amazon and been disappointed with how they held up after only one use. But this! This is a solid, quality piece. The boning is sturdy, and you can really squeeze yourself into this without affecting the shape too badly. It forms perfectly. The lacing and grommets are sturdy. Make sure to follow the size chart in the product photos when ordering! I am 5'4", 155lb., ordered an XL to accommodate a 36" bust, and it fit perfectly.

Great item. The steel boning holds all in. The fabric was great and buckle details really finished it off. Sizing was tricky. Ordered a large, was too small. I measure 36 bust, 34 waist, and 40 hip. I’m 5’1” and 140 pounds. Sent back and ordered a 2XL. It fit well but I could have gone with an xl. The two back pieces met in the middle and there should have been spacing. No time to send back. Worked well for the night.

Happy over all there is one thing I'm not happy about it says steel boned but someone who wears corsets they feel more like plastic.

Yes I like it very much but it is a little bit of a struggle to get the fitting. Thank god that there is quite a bit of lace .
