Have been using this product for a long time, having tried lots of others these are by far the best I've found. They fit nicely, deal with high levels of incontinence and are comfortable for long term use.

Not too bad for the daytime, wearing it for bed under the romper ,doesn't hold alot of pee

This is so convenient and good for elderly people you love and look after.

I needed some alternative to the pull on pants so that I don’t have to get undressed during the day. These were huge (I bought medium, which is the size I buy in my regular ones). They seem very well made but would fall off so no use at all.

These nappys fit very well and are comfortable they are easy to put on and appearance is very good they don't leak and are value for the price.

They are perfect I live in long term care and their briefs are terrible.

We are very happy to find this diaper because it is hard to find a diaper that completely covers. The long tabbed side wings on the back fold well on the front of the diaper. There is no more leaking. It is larger than expected for a small adult. But that works great for his needs. We have tried about 12 kinds of diapers over the last 4 years and this is best by far.

Great adult brief. Decent capacity, has pretty good absorption, you could compare these to the MegaMax somewhat, I'd give these a 7.5/10 on a North Shore scale in comparison. Didn't have any leaks, But these have minimal leak guards that barely come up a half in.
