High Heat Stamp: Custom Image Branding Iron (3 1/2" x 2" inch (Business Cards Stamp), Black, Red)

Bought this to use with woodworking. Brand impression is so uneven that you cannot get a full burn in the middle without completely scorching the end to where it is not readable. Was originally intending to use this in a drill press but the hole for the handle was drilled so far at an angle that let alone chucking it into the drill press it is difficult to even use it by hand.Contacted the seller about a refund due to it not being useable and they said that Amazon does not allow them to. Contacted Amazon and they said that sellers can refund products like these.DO NOT BUY! I have written off the money spent on this and will be throwing it in the garbage but want to warn others to not waste their time and to avoid a company that lies to their customers in order to avoid having to stand behind their shoddy product

So, the owner sent me a sample that I took as the final product. It had defects and he needed me to look at it and see if there was a a better font that might work for his tooling and my needs. I had originally been unhappy with this product, but I hadn't realized that what I had was only a sample!Boy was I wrong about these guys!The owner reached out to me via Linked In and asked me to give him a call on his personal cell phone to make this right.He's fixing it now! I've never been treated better.Can't wait for the stamp!

It was exactly what I needed. I have a larger brand that I had made 30 years ago that was too big for some of my smaller projects. Now I have a brand that fits the project. Exceeded my expectations. Have used it over a hundred times so far and it is as good the first time as the last.

Quality! Service and product as ordered and delivered as advertised. Check this out! Ordered the stamp 9/4/18 about 10pm. With luck I figured delivery by 9/10 as advertised, would be impossible! because all the branding iron adds that I had researched took at least 3 weeks to 6 weeks before delivery for a shoestring budget. Well! What Can I say!! a quality detailed stamp as ordered, with amazing detail and burn was sitting on my kitchen island by 2PM 9/8/18 as ordered. Now for you guys looking for a brand I can only say "Search No Moor"

This only took 3 days to get created and sent. Quality is great, zero flaws. Still testing heat levels but my uploaded image shows 1 min stove burner heat vs 3 min heat on oak wood. I think you need to press it on the wood and keep it there for longer than 20 seconds. I have not tested blow torches and such so it will likely be different with higher heat.

Ordered a branding iron for the woodworking I have been doing. I designed my own logo and received the initial stamp. While it worked great it was not the size I was hoping for. Reached out to high heat to see how we can correct. While it took some time. The owner was helpful throughout the process and educating on how to improve my logo to get the desired effect I wanted.While I would have loved to have this rapid, I understood that they are a smaller business and sipped does not trump quality.Pleased to have supported a made in the US product and small business.For other, please be aware that burning takes practice and having the right heating source especially for these based on the material they are made of. Have have had to practice a lot to understand how best to best to hear and how my logo reacts to burning.

Great product and excellent customer service. My first order wasn't correct and they honor their garantee and sent a replacement order. I am very pleased with there quick response. I use my high heat stamp to mark my bee hives and other wood tools.

I ordered this stamp as a gift. I was very nervous because it is a custom item and knew that if done wrong it would be an expensive mistake. While the custom formatting piece was a bit tricky to figure out since I don’t have the greatest skills with computers I submitted my image pretty easily. There are size guidelines right on the customization piece of the order form and as long as it fits in the box all is well. Then I got nervous i had screwed it up somehow and called the seller anyway just to double check my self. While I couldn’t leave a message because the mail box was full he must have seen my number because he called me back within a few hours. He assured me that he would check my image and call me back if there was any question or problem with my design. He called me again 2 days later and told me that he had had to darken some of it to make it work but assured me it would be fine. I got the stamp just in time for Christmas and I couldn’t be more pleased. The stamp is sent with a piece of wood with several samples of your design burned into it so you can see exactly how it will look in use. I can’t wait to give this as a gift! It is exactly how I imagined it and I am absolutely thrilled with it!The only negative thing I would say is that the way Amazon has worked it, the item reads as shipped before the seller has even seen the design and verified that it can be done. This may be confusing as it reads as shipped within hours although it does take a few days for your custom order to be made.

I ordered this heat stamp for my son as he sometimes makes products out of wood and wanted to put a personalized label on his products. This heat stamp is okay but not what he expected. It took a long time to arrive. Unfortunately, the name I had inscribed on the heat stamp was crooked so we were not impressed about that. Just for these reasons alone, I would not recommend this heat stamp. Maybe others have had a better experience with it. I hope so.

We ordered a custom brand for our wedding favours. It arrived on time but was faulty. The handle would not thread fully into the block and it broke off after making about 10 brands; not ideal since we needed 150.We messaged customer service on their Facebook page and left a voicemail; they offered us a small (partial) refund and promised to send us a replacement iron. We pointed out that the replacement would be useless if it didn't get to us within a couple of days since we were just a few days away from our wedding date. They said that that was not possible because of delays caused by US and Canadian customs, and they would be willing to send us an iron with a different logo if we wanted.We were able to go to a hardware store and purchase a tap and handle (for about $30) to repair it, so we managed to complete the favours in time. The cost of replacement tap and handle were about double the refund we received; the stress of having to figure out how to tap the stamp, and buy the replacement parts a few days before our wedding was definitely not compensated.In addition to the low refund, they have refused to honour their promise of a replacement stamp: since making the promise, have absolutely stopped responding to our messages.

The only drawback is the depth of the engraving. The image and the background are very close. You have to be very careful when you burn or you will have an edge showing. Otherwise it works great. Once it is up to temperature it is easy to maintain.

I'm so glad I ordered this heat stamp. My husband was thrilled and it was exactly what I wanted. Works amazingly well and came with sample 'burns'Very happy
