High Heat Stamp: Custom Image Branding Iron (3 1/2" x 3 1/2" inch, Black, Red)

Bought this to use with woodworking. Brand impression is so uneven that you cannot get a full burn in the middle without completely scorching the end to where it is not readable. Was originally intending to use this in a drill press but the hole for the handle was drilled so far at an angle that let alone chucking it into the drill press it is difficult to even use it by hand.Contacted the seller about a refund due to it not being useable and they said that Amazon does not allow them to. Contacted Amazon and they said that sellers can refund products like these.DO NOT BUY! I have written off the money spent on this and will be throwing it in the garbage but want to warn others to not waste their time and to avoid a company that lies to their customers in order to avoid having to stand behind their shoddy product

So, the owner sent me a sample that I took as the final product. It had defects and he needed me to look at it and see if there was a a better font that might work for his tooling and my needs. I had originally been unhappy with this product, but I hadn't realized that what I had was only a sample!Boy was I wrong about these guys!The owner reached out to me via Linked In and asked me to give him a call on his personal cell phone to make this right.He's fixing it now! I've never been treated better.Can't wait for the stamp!

I ordered this stamp as a gift. I was very nervous because it is a custom item and knew that if done wrong it would be an expensive mistake. While the custom formatting piece was a bit tricky to figure out since I don’t have the greatest skills with computers I submitted my image pretty easily. There are size guidelines right on the customization piece of the order form and as long as it fits in the box all is well. Then I got nervous i had screwed it up somehow and called the seller anyway just to double check my self. While I couldn’t leave a message because the mail box was full he must have seen my number because he called me back within a few hours. He assured me that he would check my image and call me back if there was any question or problem with my design. He called me again 2 days later and told me that he had had to darken some of it to make it work but assured me it would be fine. I got the stamp just in time for Christmas and I couldn’t be more pleased. The stamp is sent with a piece of wood with several samples of your design burned into it so you can see exactly how it will look in use. I can’t wait to give this as a gift! It is exactly how I imagined it and I am absolutely thrilled with it!The only negative thing I would say is that the way Amazon has worked it, the item reads as shipped before the seller has even seen the design and verified that it can be done. This may be confusing as it reads as shipped within hours although it does take a few days for your custom order to be made.

Was not usable! Stamp was off centered - name was cut off! Handmad Billie ScotCut off E and T!!! Could not gift item. Also no response or refund YET. Ordered in November.

Absolutely love this concept and it works awesome. Have stamped a dew of my projects already with it. @brodusky. Only thing is came in damaged but I called them to let them know and they got back to me quick about a replacement.Update: one year later and still no communication. Stated he would send a replacement for damaged product that came in but have yet to recieve product or here a response as to why after many emails to the company. Do not waste your money or time. I was pleased and excited at first but this is not how you treat PAYING customers. Bad buy bad choice

This was a gift for my husband who has a small woodworking business. Before he even used it, he questioned the 24 test burns that came with the stamp. None of them were legible. He did several stamps of his own on different species of wood, all came out pretty close to the test burns, not legible.After contacting the manufacturer and being told that they would make another stamp, we haven’t heard anything from them.I purchased this in November 2019, emailed them within a month of delivery (January) after several emails they won’t respond. DO NOT trust this seller.

EditHigh heat stamps reached out to me and sent me a whole new stamp instead of just the handle so good on them. The new stamp design was not as clear as the first one but hey I still have my old one for one good stamp.Not to impressed with there quality control. They let this handle go out like this.

I ordered one stamp and loved it. I built a box to store it because it seemed to merit special treatment. I burned my brand in the lid. I liked it so well I ordered another brand for my dad.
