I love my Cricut! Having seen these on social media I was interested in giving them a go. After some research I opted to for the joy as a beginner as it seemed easy to store, cheaper and user friendly. I can say it has met all my expectations. The Cricut joy app is easy to use and means I can instantly create basic labels, stickers and paper crafts. The starter set came with everything I needed to experiment. The only disappointment is that you may to pay for Cricut joy subscription after a month - for now I have decided to just make all my own designs.

Not easy to use

I use to have a cricut maker but honestly couldn’t get my head round all the stuff it did. It was huge, really inconvenient and so complicated. All I needed was something that can make last minute cake toppers. I’m sure it’s all in my head but I find this way easier, I love how portable it is and I’m not constantly fighting with large sheets of vinyls/papers. I love all the accessories it came with and I made this topper within the first few hours of me getting this. Couldn’t even make this in the near enough one year I had the cricut maker. Some people will love it and some will hate it depending on what you need it for. This is perfect for what I need it for and I can see me getting more into it and buying more materials to test/trial. Will update if anything goes wrong but for now really happy!

Although this machine is small, it’s fantastic to start you off on your journey of cutting machines. Definitely would recommend

Wish i would of read up about these machines before i bought one. They have a massive issue with connectivity. Either dropping or not connecting atall. Setup was brilliant managed 2 small prints then came back to it the next day turned it on and nothing. Just wouldn't connect to anything atall. Not the 2 phones or the the 2 tablets nor the laptop nothing. Avoid at all costs. Google will vouch for my review if you have a look. A lot of people have the same issue. Absolute joke of a machine.

This is the perfect starter kit, comes with everything you need.

Me encanta, muy intuitiva y fácil de usar. Pero por diferencia de precio me arrepiento de no haber cogido la grande . Para trabajos pequeños y moverla es ideal esta.

Vorab möchte ich erwähnen das ich noch kein Langzeittest durchgeführt habe. Ich habe dieses Produkt zum Prime-Day gekauft. Ich habe es tatsächlich aus Faulheit gekauft. Ich habe ein großen Plotter hier stehen, den ich aber aus Platzgründen nicht aufgebaut lassen kann und ich mir daher doppelt und dreifach überlege, ob ich eine Kleinigkeit plotten möchte oder nicht. Daher kam schnell die Überlegung auf, diesen Plotter für faule zu kaufen. Ich bereue es nicht, muss aber zugeben das ich mich erst mal in das Programm einfinden muss, da ich bis jetzt ein anderes Programm genutzt habe! Für mich ein Minus Punkt ist tatsächlich, das man, wenn man wirklich viel machen möchte, monatlich fast 10 Euro zahlen müsste. Ein kleiner Tipp am Rande: wenn ihr das Abo abschließen wollt, macht es über das Handy, dann habt ihr mehrere Möglichkeiten und nicht nur die Kreditkarte zum bezahlen, die am PC zu sehen ist! So läuft bei mir jetzt das Probe-Abo über Google. Ich kann das Abo einsehen und leicht kündigen. Den Probeschnitt hat das gerät gut gemeistert. Ich hab danach versucht eine Karte mit dem Programm und den beigelegten Kartenrohlingen zu schneiden. Die Datei war aus dem Programm gewählt. Leider war zu es filigran und die Karte ist unsauber gewesen. Ich müsste jetzt weiter testen, um genaueres sagen zu können.
