I got Calm. The smell is very unique (I can't easily identify it) & with the preferred method of use with deeply inhaled breaths, it truly is a unique tool to snap you back into the present. As someone who suffers with depression, anxiety & panic disorders, agoraphobia & chronic illnesses/chronic pain, I'd truly recommend this to have in any self-care *toolbox*. I've used it as mental stimulation, calming myself mid-anxiety attack & a pain distraction.It's sometimes hard to remember to slowly breathe, which helps to calm you, so this little tool with a unique smell absolutely helps you to remember to breathe. Kind of tricking you into deep breathing, by saying: smell the smell deeply. That will help get you out of that flight & fight state of constant panic. It's about the size of 2 vape pens side by side each other. Very compact to put in your pocket as a nice reminder.I'm looking forward to trying more flavors!

This is absolutely nothing close to what it actually does. The smell is faint and it actually doesn’t do anything. The product is made very very cheaply with nothing considered to how your nose is shaped or flexibility in any way. It’s plastic with more plastic in it that you are sniffing. Do yourself a favor and look for something that will actually do something that sniffing plastic that was sprayed with smelling oils like lemon grass or Vicks rub. Waste of money.

I love this little product it’s so cute it helps to calm down I believe rather than to sleep so I would get it to calm down rather than to sleep but I’m 14 so if you’re like laid-back it might put you to sleep but I’m like really hyper got ADHD and stuff so I’m like super hyper but the product works like a charm. Arrived with a crack on the base. The nasal method here is so stupid. Its very narrow and i dont have a wide nose by any means and it does not allow even partial insertion to get any power with the inhale. Smells ok cant tell if its working as intended but if it is it’s completely garbage. And no return option? DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Google monq essential oil inhalers. Theyre cheaper and much more effective without having to stick anything up your nose

It was so strong when I first opened it the whole room smelled like it. It calmed down after it sat overnight and it wasn’t so overwhelming. I don’t love the smell but it really does smell like salt. I just didn’t know I don’t like the smell of salt lol. It’s a good design and if I liked the smell I bet I would love it.
