Hi - I have a question about the mono and diglycerides. Are these plant sourced? I'm having a hard time determining whether this product is vegetarian

How many calories per cup?

The Original with 6 grams of sugar per cup is very good and has 80 calories per cup (5 oz or 150ml). The new "light" version with 2 mg of sugar is awful. Get the one with 6 mg of sugar. They don't put "light" on all packages with 2 mg of sugar; make sure you read the nutrition facts on the package.
