Na de vlokken te proeven, niet pittig genoeg. dus heb ik ze fijngemalen zelfde zachte pittigheid, dan (gedroogde Habanero en een beetje Carolina Reaper 5 a 10 %) erbij geeft een goede pittigheid.

Lo cercavo da tempo per usarlo nelle marinate ma anche sulle uova per una tipica ricetta turca. Si presta però anche nella nostra cucina non è eccessivamente piccante e sul pesce o con i gamberi è ottimo.

Parfumé et piquant
J'ai découvert ce piment au travers de la recette des Turkish eggs.Napper une assiette d'une base de yaourt type grec, ail, jus de citron, pointe de sel.Déposer 1 à 2 oeufs pochés dessus et assaisonner avec une sauce beurre noisette au piment ou huile pimentée (faire fondre le beurre ou chauffer l'huile, ajouter le piment à votre convenance, laisser infuser quelques instants, la matière grasse va se colorer en rouge et prendre les saveurs du piment).Napper les oeufs, ajouter de l'aneth ciselé ou autre herbe fraîche de votre choix.Déguster avec du pain frais grillé.

Tres bon pour le prix
C'est top pour le prix,c'est un peu piquants,pas trop mais on s'en quand même que ce n'est pas du paprika.Piquant léger mais piquant et très bon merci :)
