The first time I used this in October of last year, I was VERY pleased with how well it worked. I could reach high places, it was easy to control, strong enough to scrub a little if needed, and I got my windows done quickly. But using it again in August of this year, I didn't even get started before it snapped while applying fairly low pressure. I tried Super glue, broke the same way quickly. I had to get the ladder out and held the item in my hand. I checked Amazon for product support, but this item had none available. I wanted to see if they could at least replace the broken section, but apparently NOT through Amazon. Had it not broken- I loved it!Update: as soon as my review posted, I was contacted by the vendor offering a full refund for the broken unit, and asking for another chance. These things can happen, as everyone knows. But they offered to make it right immediately. To me, that's great customer service. As I mentioned, I love the system. I'll absolutely try again. I can't ask for anymore than that.

For the price this is very good. The handle are pretty strong and working fine when i had to clean out outdoor patio.

This window cleaning set is very versatile depending on your needs, and fits nicely in a small box. I like that the microfiber scrubber comes off and can be tossed into the wash. The extendable pole is sturdy and be increased in length, again depending on the height of your windows. The only thing I was not happy with was the quality of the squeegee. I have 2 of the Ettore brand squeegees that work extremely well, however those do not fit on a standard extension pole.

I have some biiiiig windows, one of which I look through every morning while I’m drinking my coffee to see my garden in the skies and the birdfeeder. During the winter, however, my window gets very dirty, so I was determined to clean it myself. I’ve always just used newsprint and spray glass cleaner, but this is a big window. I purchased this squeegee kit watched a short video from This Old House on how to clean glass with a squeegee, and was stunned and surprised at how fast and easy my windows were to clean. I can see my yard again!

It works great but we have a window cleaning business and other squeegees have done a better job, we don’t use this one anymore but the extension pole was great to have while we did use it! The sponge part works great just like any other one so I’d say this is a great starter pack for window cleaning.

Product exactly as described. Had a problem with the squeegee component that was quickly resolved. Good vendor to work with👍

Le squeegee a tendance à "sauter" lorsqu'il y a peu et ça laisse parfois une ligne d'eau d'un côté. Mais bon pour le prix je crois que c'est tout même bon.

Good quality window cleaner, quite happy with it. Love that it is extendable. Washer tool is thick and cleans well. Happy with purchase.

great window cleaner for some one who hates to clean windows it make it go a lot faster and is easy to use

I was expecting more from all the good ratings, but this product is well below expectations.The pole itself is metal and sturdy but all the attachments are plastic and flimsy.The pads that go on it don’t adhere tightly so they flash water around and feel like they might slip off.The squeegee itself was the most disappointing. The way that is held in place causes the edges to flare out which leaves steaks and makes it tough to get into the corners. Additionally, the rubber tip is very short so the metal clasp often scrapes at the glass which can cause damage and scratches.If you press too hard the metal scrapes… if you are too soft it leaves streaks.Would not recommend this product based on the above design flaws
