Cuts mopping time in half
I have used the Shark AW 201 Hydrovac a few times and used it for a weekly whole house clean today. For the record, we have 3 dogs and they do shed, so I vacuumed with regular vacuum when I did the weekly clean today. our house is about 2700 sq. feet total. Here is my experience, pros and cons:Pros- It's very easy to set up and use for the first time. The directions are clear. The first time I used it to clean one room when the dogs came in after a rain (muddy paw prints on the floor). I didn't vacuum first but I had vacuumed earlier that day. The muddy prints came up easily. The floors looked good when I finished. I have used it to clean partial floors a few times and it's been great each time.I cleaned the whole house today and I did vacuum and sweep before using the Hydrovac. I was able to clean all the floors in the house with one charge. I didn't time it, because I do floors as I clean each room, so I didn't do all the floors at once. I only had to refill the water/solution once and empty the dirty water tank once while cleaning. When I finished cleaning, I emptied the tank again and added more water for the self cleaning cycle. I ran it 2 times through a self cleaning cycle just to be sure it was clean.I am very happy with it. I would guess it save me an hour or so in mopping the whole house.Being cordless it's so easy to grab and start using. Also there's no cord to have to move and plug in from room to room.Oh, and the floors did dry quicker than it does when I mop.Cons: There is a small gap between the floor and baseboard that the Hydrovac doesn't get. Today I used a mop and went around the rooms to clean that gap. Since I was only mopping a small area of the room, I used the kitchen sink to clean the mop between rooms. It didn't take long at all.So far that is the only negative I have. I will update in a few weeks if anything changes.

Works great and getting the unseen dirt off the floor
It was a decision between this and one other vacuum mop, and after watching some reviews and what it can do I ended up getting it. My floors looked pretty clean before I started and it gave me back some nasty looking water in the dirty tank. With this it will always put out clean water/solution and separate it from the dirty because of the separate tanks. The size of the tanks dont bother me, just so long as it does a good job, which it does. The reason for 4 stars? Design flaw. The brush roller cover has a little 'floating' piece of plastic that cant stand the pressure of the switch its trying to push. My vacuum stopped working and the error I got was that the cover wasn't on, when it definitely was. I looked into it and the plastic piece had snapped, but not detached. So it was basically just bending back and not pushing in the switch to indicate the cover was on. My fix was just using some resin from a 3d printer and stacking some behind it so it wouldn't break again. The vacuum itself is great, just don't understand why that one small piece isn't more attached to the cover than it is.Update: So now I am getting the issue where it sees an empty clean tank when it has liquid in it. I really wanted to like this vacuum/mop, but more issues keep popping up. Ive only had it for around 4 months and this is the second major problem with it. Even if there is warranty its too much of a hassle because Im overseas and the box is long gone.

Clean the dirty water tank and rollers immediately!
This vacmop combo is fantastic. Simple, no frills effective cleaner. Super lightweight at about 8lbs, easy to maneuver, and the fact that I can clean hard floors and refresh my area rugs simultaneously is a win. Cleanup is surprisingly easy. Be sure to rinse the filter, empty and clean the dirty water tank immediately, and remove the roller to dry and wipe down the compartment of any residual debris. The solution that comes with it smells amazing. While is has a small tank, it is extremely efficient with water/solution management. While is lacks the bells and whistles of my Roborock Dyad Pro, the only real cons are the battery life/no swappable battery, edge cleaning, or air drying options or even a space for the brushroll to be placed on the base to dry manually. Fortunately I purchased a bundle with an extra roller. I was able to clean the 5 rooms of the first floor I need to before the charge ran out. Keep in mind that the self cleaning won't operate until it's recharged enough to power up. I really like cordless, but If you have a larger house, opt for the corded model instead.
