I bought this razor to replace a very old one that just quit working after many years of use.I really do like this new razor and will no longer miss my old one. It fits well in my hand for a good grip, it removes hair easily and the blade heads do not hurt or irritate my skin like my old model. And the clean up was a breeze. The head pops off to use the little brush (included) to sweep away any hair that found its way inside the razor. It was well packed when it arrived and a clear plastic mold inside the box can be saved to use as a holder for travel.I'm pleased with my purchase!

This razor is more than I had hoped for. The 4 heads do am amazing job. I've used the many different dual foil head razors in the past and they don't even come close to this razor. The coverage area it has is over double the size of most hand held razors. And is has a lot more power.It's so easy to operate and fits so very nicely in the palm of your hand. It glides nicely across your skin and the results are very nice and smooth skin. I love the option to be able to shave my legs when I get the chance and not have to have water. It changes really fast and has a great digital display. The display had how long of a change it holds and as you are using it it shows how long you have used it with remaining time before next charge. Most of the razors that I have used in the past loses power slowly and dies very slowly. This razor does not do that.I'm very eased with this razor and would highly recommend it to any one that is looking for an electric razor. It also has a very nice carry case for the razor as well. And the price is just right for a razor of this level.

Just got this item today and used it. Nice size, easy to hold and use, does the job comfortably and well, easy to clean also. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars instead of 4 was because the instructions were in bad English. I do wish all this Chinese merchandise would have instructions in real English. But the item itself is good so far. I just hope it lasts and keeps working!

This razor does a great job! The five rotating heads get a good close shave. Great purchase.

UPDATE 01/10/2024 - BUYERS BEWARE: After reaching out to the seller to inquire about how to proceed with repairing the device as indicated on the “warranty” card found inside the box, I received a robotic reply stating that “the seller associated with your order or inquiry has left the Amazon store or is no longer able to receive any further email communications.”The seller, Shenzhenshi JiaHuiYouPin Electronics Co., Ltd (business name: Shenzhenshijiahuiyoupindianziyouxiangongsi), has an 86% rating.They will be reported for policy violations and failure to honor the warranty, and hopefully suspended, as it should be. Please avoid this seller at all costs.----------This is a cheaply made plastic toy, not a proper shaver. The heads are sticky even after cleaning and using it on dry, clean skin. It also performs poorly, and after nearly a month of use, one of the heads fell off with no way to fix it. Every time I try to reattach the head, it falls off again, exposing two sharp aluminum pins and a fast-spinning plastic wheel that could cause injury. Although the warranty card promises free repairs, there’s no way to contact the Chinese seller after purchase. Since it broke one month return window closes, I’m left stuck with a defective product, and had to contact an operator to fight for a refund. Now I can’t find compatible replacement heads, so the shaver is now unusable.

Just completely stopped. It is charged and as far as I know, it was great. I haven't been using it much in the past 6 monrhs, and last time I used it, it eas fine. I use it on my face and legs. It works well and is easy to use. I did not observe any change in how fast or slow the facial hair regrows when using this product. The shaver is quick and easy to use. I recommend it and would purchase again.
