DIT:I am updating my review. Below is the original review. A few days after writing the original review the company contacted ME! I never had to contact them or file a complaint. They offered me several suggestions on how to solve the problems which did work on one but not the others They first offered an apology for the delay in my project due to not having the right size pen.. They then offered me a refund, and they also offered me a replacement. I felt their prompt attention to the reviews of their product and willingness to go to whatever length it took to make me happy deserves 5 stars. Only because I am going on vacation to the US in the next week I opted for a refund and I will buy them from a local art shop while I am there. I live outside of the US and it is usually a bit of a hasell for sellers to send items, and a refund is easier for everyone. I certainly will recommend this company and their micro pens to everyone , and will be repurchasing them in the future. I honestly feel this is an anomaly for them, and if such a thing were to happen again, they will correct it quickly and courteously without you even having to take the time to contact them. I am very pleased with the result of my review, and please feel secure in making a purchase of their product, your satisfaction is truly guaranteed by this company with no problems. I am doing this because I feel it is only fair and honest.Old Review, no longer validThis brand is very popular, and it may simply be because there aren't a lot of choices in these fine liners. The first 3 pens and numer 005 don't work at all. Not a drop of ink or color comes out. Per manufacturer suggestion I wet them in water, left them with the tips down, and still no results. I am very disappointed in this product. I did buy these YEARS ago, and some of them still work (I'm talking like 20 years!) so this just makes me mad. True, the old pens were not used, simply stored all that time, but to still work after that many years I consider incredible. I guess that's why this upsets me so much. I haven't contacted the manufacturer yet, since they guarantee satisfaction. I will contact them and update my post if I am satisfied, but it will never be 5 stars, just for the hasell of having to go through this and delaying my art project.

Great for scrimshaw work you can create all different line detail with the different sized pen nibbs

I like the different size tips for Zentangle doodling. Also use these pens for labels for my quilts.
