Perfect for what I need it for. Wish the handle was made of something different as it gets hot, so you have to use a pot holder. But it's perfect size!

The greatest advantage of this dome is how it aids in uniform cooking and cheese melting. Especially when using "slider" sized small patties, it helps melt the cheese fast so that the burgers don't get too well done. It creates a steamy environment that ensures even, quick, and perfect melting every time. My older sons, dedicated cheeseburger enthusiasts, noticed the difference in quality and commented that the burgers are better than fancy restaurants! The only "drawback" is that it adds another item to wash and clean after use. I do think the burgers turn out better when we use it, but tastes are subjective so some folks might not want the extra work.. For me though the Sasquash Burger Melting Cheese Dome is a game-changer. Versatile food prep item.
Keeps food free from flying insects and also warm when eating on the patio, or if someone is a little late to dinner. Also can be sued while cooking to melt cheese on hot sandwiches. Fits comfortably on a dinner or paper plate. I have 2 and use them often especially in the summer.

Good size, well made
Most things only take a 6" dome, but this 9" one is perfect for things on the flat grill that are just a bit larger. My husband like grilled sandwiches with sourdough bread and that doesn't fit under the small dome. This one fits perfectly and the sandwich filling is melted quickly. Good for potatoes too or anything that needs it bit of size. Well made - looks nice - no complaints.
