Azzuno 250
I purchased the 250amp mp azzuno after I bought the azzuno 200 mp. I wanted to see if the cost justified it. I tried stick welding first. It won't run 6010 but will run everything else very well to include 5/32 rods. The mig is great. The syn function is very helpful. I haven't tried the tig option yet. Great welder. Would be nice to have an accessory and consumable parts list from Azzuno. Both welders I purchased are great welders. I just wished Azzuno would put out more info on parts and accessories. If they are going to compete with arc captain and yes welder then they need to do the little things like:Have a consumable parts listHave an optional accessory listUpgrade to a hub design for securing the mig wirePut a data cheat sheet on the inside door of the welderOn the mig 250 maybe put a clear plastic door over the screen that can be raised when needed. The mig 200 doesn't need it because it has knobs instead of buttons like on the mig 250.Advertise more about their products. Send their products to some of the YouTube welding channels and let them review or do a head to head comparison with the competition (yes welder, Toolium, and arc captain). I think a lot of people would be surprised that Azzuno would do well.UPDATE: December 2024I converted my Azzuno over to run .045 flux core wire. I purchased a wire feeder roller and bigger gun and this machine runs it very well. I placed the settings in manual mode and had to turn it down after a few passes. I welded for over an hour on 23 volts at 230 amps and never once hit the overload. I turned it down to 19volts and 180 amps and getting great penetration in 1/2 steel. I'm curious to see how long this machine holds up. So far I'm extremely impressed.Update#2 April 2025I set this up to carbon arc gouge. Alot of "experts" say that you can't arc gouge with one of these welders and if you do it won't weld right afterwards. So I tried a 1/4 rod and it didn't burn very well. I switched to a 3/16 rod at 200 amps and it melted the welds away like butter. I gouged out a deep crack in 1/2 steel and it did great. I switched over and filled in the crack with weld and it performed great. This isn't a welder that you would put in a machine shop and dedicate to carbon arc gouging because it's not smdesigned for that. However if you need to do it occasionally on small jobs it does great. Im still convinced this welder welds .045 wire better than .035. I run 19 volts and 6 on wire speed and the Lincoln NR 211 flux core will burn like a breeze. If I do end up breaking this welder ( I have been putting it thru it's paces) I would definitely buy another in a heartbeat.Update #3May 2025MIG 200FI purchased 2 of these and gave 1 to my son. He loves it. I'm sure that there are a few bad ones that get sent out but I have purchased 4 (2 mig 200, 1 mig250 and 1 155) and they all work flawlessly. The 200 is a fantastic welder. The instructions are very clear and easy to set up and use. The polarity cable is easy as well as loading wire. The feeder motor is smooth compared to other brands. Where this welder really shines is with stick welding. It won't run 6010 but will run everything thing else extremely well. I was primarily running 5/32 7018 since I had it and it did great. I saw where arc captain could run 3/16 rods so I tried it out on this. I don't know how many amps it is actually putting out, 3/16 rods are normally ran 190-250 amps. It's not supposed to be able to run rods that big but you have to turn it down to 170 amps to get slag peel. 180 is too hot. Lol this is an outstanding welder and Azzuno needs to advertise a lot better.

Worth it
I can't say enough about this welder. I was very skeptical, always using lincoln and big miller welders my whole life 30years. I bought out of curiosity. For a light duty garage hobby welder. It's worth the money. The only thing I have notice is the plug should be a 220v, not a 120v. Definitely works better on 220v. On standard house current, it weld like a weld-pak 100. On 220v it welds like a hotter 180hd pro. It can generate some even heat . Also , they should not bother with the hokey gas line. But at the price , you can't go wrong.. why bother with a used high dollar welder

Surprisingly good
I bought this on a whim - needed a 200A MIG welder for a project (I mostly do TIG) and stumbled on this here at Amazon. Great price to be sure. Surprisingly, this thing works great! I have no idea how long it is going to hold up, but unlike cheap import plasma cutters, this thing seems very well constructed in terms of fit and finish, has a good solid stable arc, feeds smoothly... I'm impressed considering the price.PROS:- Fired up right out of the box with most things obvious to anyone who's done MIG before.- Does Flux core as well as MIG- Handles 10# spools of wire- Has some presets for different size wire and can handle .025", .030", .035" and .045". Comes with all necessary drive wheels for both solid and flux-core wire.- The torch is far better than I expected with a Euro-style connector.- The machine can also do lift-TIG and stick welding. Stick stinger supplied but no TIG torch.CONS: (some pretty big ones unfortunately)- The manual is utter crap - literally one of the worst manuals I've encountered. There are features that are in the machine that are completely unexplained or referenced. Presets aren't mentioned at all nor is the behavior of various other features like Inductance, Arc Force and others. No details or explanations whatsoever - just a comment that the voltage knob controls inductance when in preset mode and the wire feed knob controls arc force when stick welding. Literally a ridiculous manual.- As far as I can tell, there is no website, no tech support, no phone #, no nuthin' - although they do purport to provide a 1 year warranty.- wire feed rate is in METERS PER MINUTE! No way to change it either. If you're in the US, you'll need to divide inches/minute by 39.37 to get the proper feed speed.- Gas inlet is a 1/4" hose barb instead of a standard flare gas fitting. You'll need to make an adapter. There are multiple Youtube videos that describe it - older Everlast machines had the same issue.- Control panel consists of rotary encoders and membrane buttons. OK I suppose in general but I've never been impressed with the long term reliability of membrane keypads. This may be just me being picky, but that kind of keypad is on my washing machine and it is wearing out after 10 years. YMMVAgain, I can't stress enough my caution concerning the apparent lack of any support website whatsoever. I'm not sad at all about buying this - I am a relatively sophisticated buyer. I do think this would be a great machine for a hobbyist/home shop kind of thing or even light commercial work. If the documentation and tech support was there I would whole-heartedly recommend to a beginner
