I works like it should
Works every time I plug it in. It's nice that the transformer is mid cable because it means it plugs in with a normal 2 prong plug and doesn't clutter up the outlet or power strip it's plugged into. The mains plug is removable from the transformer and makes packing it up easy and I don't feel like I'll break it.

Works great. Only 3 star rating because I don't like how hot the box gets while charging. I never leave unattended when charging.

It exploded and burned my finger 5 months later!
It worked for about 2 months before it started breaking down, and by that I mean I had to fiddle with the connector until it finally started charging; this eventually got worse and worse until it was near impossible to get the charger to do its job. Then, it exploded and burned my finger in the process just today! Got a new one though; hopefully, it won't burn me too.

Good while it lasts
Well, it is cheap... but I hoped it would last longer than 4 months. It stopped charging my laptop with no warning when I had loads of homework to do.

Troublefree additional charger
I ordered this charger so I could use my laptop at a remote office and not have to also carry the factory charge cord. I leave this charger at the office, and it does what it is supposed to. I have had no problems with this charger.

Piece of crap
I bought this for my son's laptop and it quit charging after 8 months. Contacted the seller for a refund because it had a 12 warranty, but wouldn't answer my email!!So I purchased a different one and so it's working, hopefully he gets more time with this one.
