I was surprised at how sturdy the slant board was!I’ve tried many yoga props in the past, but this one really stands out against the others and immediately became my new favorite!It’s very heavy and durable and the grippy surface works great for socks, sneakers, and bare feet, and the range of motion you’re able to get for your stretch is unparalleled.As a yogi, runner, and roller derby athlete, I am just floored at how great the slant board has been for me- no more long floor stretch sessions & I get faster and better results with the slant board.I highly recommend this! Well worth the price.

I love the grippy no slip surface and the 3 different height settings. It’s easy to use at home, outside, or at the office. It really does help you stretch your calf muscles as well as improve your balance and flexibility. My husband loves it too and wants to take it to work with him! Thank you for a great product!

The media could not be loaded. I never knew I needed a slant board until I got one and now I love it! Calf raises and other stretches are great normally, so important. I do yoga so stretching is like breathing for me! But being able to do stretches at an incline not only works your balance, but also helps build your strength. Now stretching becomes more of a workout while also giving you the stretch that your muscles need! When it arrived it was a heavy package and I was blown away. Hefty and strong! And the thing is awesomely sturdy. I'll admit I'm always worried standing on anything, you just never know if you're going to fall off or break it. I see this thing lasting quite some time and getting tons of use out of it. Highly recommend!

This product is AMAZING!! It’s great for Runners, Fitness junkies, People who have Hip, Or ankle issues!It’s made REALLY WELL! The surface has a sandpaper-like feel & it keeps you from slipping !It has different levels too, so you can adjust it as your needs change! You can do tons of different exercises w it! We’ve used it a bunch since we got it! Like 1-2x per week or more!We DEFINITELY recommend this !! It’s a quality tool that you won’t regret getting!

The pros: I really like how this product isn't heavy, you can move this around with ease and take it with you if you want. For such a simple product, it's very sturdy; I'm not sure what the capacity is, but it was able to support my weight with ease. It's collapsable, so easy to store. It has levels, so the customer can choose the height that is appropriate for them or you can work up to the highest options.The con(s): The part where you stand on, it has a, I guess sticker part to prevent slippage. The sticker isn't fully secure because it's lifted at the bottom right corner. I'm not sure about the longevity due to that.

Awesome stretch. I suffer from restless leg syndrome and I have never been able to find a product or medication that worked well. I have experienced night after night trying to find relief and a good night of sleep. I actually purchased this product because I ended up with really tight muscles following long walks on the treadmill, very uncomfortable. This product was exactly what I needed! After using I found relief from my tightness in my legs. Relief from my restless leg syndrome was a bonus I wasn’t expecting I’m so pleased, can’t express how beneficial this product has been. Highly recommend.
