This product will provide hold and volume but it is a bit difficult to work it through the hair because it dries very fast. It’s best to do the styling by section and use very small amounts. If too much is used you will get that slightly tacky feel to your hair. I think this is best for very short hair styles and those going for the spiky look. The hold is terrific. Even after a night’s sleep there’s enough hold left in the morning. I would recommend shampooing twice or using a clarifying shampoo to prevent product buildup.

Love this hair product. Doesn't make your hair feel sticky, greasy or heavy. Great smell too, which is very light and practically unnoticeable once applied. Works very well on my straight Asian hair and gives it enough texture. However, don't over apply. It'll have the opposite effect and just make your hair look super flat.

Just a little bit of this product in damp or dry hair, goes a long way. I've used a lot of high-end salon products during the last 30 years and had several waxes and creams that my skin reacted to poorly or weighed-down my hair and seemed greasy. Spice Hard Wax is by far the best I've ever used- no problems whatsoever, great hair management and styling control.
