Dansko Women's Professional Clog Mule

The media could not be loaded.  When I was younger I told myself I’d rather have blisters and sore feet than wear Danskos or Crocs. Well, I am now mature enough to realize that comfort is priority #1 when you’re on your feet for 8+ hours a day.I ordered these and the Pro 2.0. My thoughts on these here:Pros:1. cute color, can wear outside of work2. comfortable and will help with my tarsal tunnel due to arch support3. Non slip is a mustCons:1. Tight if you wear socks2. The insert is trash. I had to quite literally RIP IT OUT so the work insert I bought could fit without feeling to tight around the middle of my foot.3. The stitching around the shoe could be more clean. For these being over $130 I’d expect better craftsmanshipThe main differences between the Professional and the Pro 2.0 are the sole inserts (with the 2.0 inserts being far superior) and the heel height being slightly lower on these than the 2.0.I’ll update my review after my next 11 hour shift.

I have been wearing the Dansko professional clog for nearly 22 years. Contrary to some of the reviews saying that these are handmade and will therefore fit differently, the shoe’s sole—which is from a mold—is not “handmade.”It is the LENGTH of the size 39 pair I received that is too long. I have never had a pair fit so poorly. I have worn a size 39 or nine in US sizes these many years. For all pairs of Dansko I have owned (10+), none of them have varied in their fit nor have my feet changed length/shape over time. This pair, however, fits more like a 39.5, almost 40. I had friends try them on who have a larger foot, with the same result, they would normally wear a size 40 or size 39, and these are too short or too long respectively. These shoes simply do not fit. I think these have been labeled in a misleading way (by the maker?) and should be a 39.5.Unfortunately, I initiated but could not get the shoes shipped back in accepted time frame, so I am stuck with them. That is certainly not Amazon or the seller’s fault.. I will list them on Facebook marketplace myself, as a 39.5 by fit and try to sell them that way. I have normally found spending nearly $130-160 for a pair of shoes more than worth it as a surgeon, but very disappointed with this particular order. I have been a long time loyal Amazon customer, and regret that personal life circumstances prevented me from returning these within the appropriate time frame, that is certainly on me. However, I wonder if these are true Dansko as listed or actually irregulars or off-brand, and not listed as such. My order says this is Zappos, fulfilled through Amazon; I am wondering about all the steps for it to get to me, etc.Personally, Dansko always fit true to size I have never seen them very in all these years. So be prepared for getting unpredictably an irregular pair from this vendor.

Color is lighter than expected

I have had many pairs of Dansko clogs over the years and even a pair of WIDE Danske that fit my foot. Ill admit my foot may be getting larger/wider but in 18 months I dont think it became so large that I cant even fit my toes into the shoe!! I am extremely disappointed in Danske. 67% of woman in the United States are plus size and I would assume that a fair number of them have wide feet. It would make sense to provide a shoe to fit these individuals as well as the minority of smaller/thinner individuals. As a plus size woman I more than an average thinner woman need to have a good supportive shoe.

It turns out the I have a wide foot and can only wear the wide width versions of Dansko shoes. It is unfortunate that they only offer 3 or 4 styles in the wide but luckily the black leather tooled is one of the choices. I'm a 41 wide and these shoes are a tad tight in the toe box and across the top but since they are leather I suspect they will soften over time. The shoe does slide up and down the heel while walking as they are suppose to and they stay on my feet. It is so hard to find real leather shoes at affordable prices. Compared to similar shoes of similar quality the price is reasonable. I know with proper care they will last me many years. I love the style and tooled design and am delighted with my new shoes.

You either love or hate the clog look and fit...I fall firmly in the love category. Have had many pairs! As a woman in a medical/scientific setting, I really like these for their comfort and support (for my moderately wide feet with tall arches) and also that I can wear them with jeans or wear them with slacks and dresses when I have to dress more formally. I generally wear a 41, but found I had to bump up to a 42 with this specific pair. The color is classic retro clog (camel), which works for my style - great with light wash jeans and an army green shirt! Only caveat about Danskos in general is they aren't great if you are walking on un-even surfaces a lot, due to the somewhat tall and narrow heel. I've rolled an ankle just once or twice because I was doing something stupid like hopping around in the woods in them.

XSP version is more comfortable for long hours on your feet.

I have never had smelly feet before but for some reason they make my feet stink.

Good stuff!! Comfy as hell!!

トープのショートブーツ風のが欲しかったのだが売り切れで、同じ色で形の違うこちらを購入。春～真夏でもずっとはいてた。違和感なし。ただ少しサイズが大きい気がして（ずっと38をはいてるのだが）駅の階段で脱げそうになる。ダンスコ歴5年くらいだけど体力が落ちたのか最近少し重く感じる。
