Decent product, hard to find in stores
My favorite part of this product is that it comes in a 12-can pack. You can hardly find this in stores, anymore. That’s a shame. No one is going to confuse Campbell’s Spaghetti with something you can get from a great Italian restaurant, or even with Ragu or Prego (or others - insert your favorite brand, here), but this is, really, kids food and for stretching a budget or for making something that fussy kid eaters will like, well you could do a lot worse than Campbell’s Spaghetti. When you need to throw something together, quick, you can always add your own sausage or ground beef and season this to taste. It’s decent, if a little on the bland side, but lack of flavor can always be remedied by adding seasonings that most people have in their spice rack. Is Campbell’s Spaghetti, Gourmet? No, but it’s good and quality food that is excellent as a starter for Spaghetti or other tomato-based dishes.

Grew Up on Franco
Had this growing up when it was Franco American. Spaghetti O's are not the same at all. Sauce is totally different. Since Campbells took this over, I have found inconsistencies in the sauce. Some cans are gummy and when heated, consistency is crap. When I would buy at grocery store I would shake the cans and if they sounded like they had more sauce then I took that. If it had little movement inside I left it behind. Sometimes this worked and other times did not. I have thrown away TONS of cans of this over the years due to sauce being gunky. But buying in case lot I find it better. I usually buy a few cases at a time. I cook some hamburg in microwave, and add to the can in a bowl, Cook for 3 min 45 seconds. then add can parmesan cheese to it until cheese is gooey like pizza cheese. YUM. NOT the same without the burger or cheese. Had it plain growing up though. After being sick with flu as a kid, my mom would ask me what I wanted to eat. Answer was always Franco. My mom would ask if my stomach could handle it. Most times it did. But I wanted this over anything else.
