This is my first venture into TCM. I am taking this to drain excess liver fire. My symptoms included: irritability, high blood pressure which rises with stress, overactive sympathetic nervous system, occasional angry outbursts, insomnia, dream-disturbed sleep, muscle tightness in the neck and shoulders, tinnitus, etc. My body really likes this formulation and I experienced almost immediate relief from a number of the symptoms and others are seeing noticeable improvement. I have already ordered another bottle. Reccomended!
