After reading all the negative reviews about this case for my iphone 11, I was really hesitant to order one. But for the price, it was worth a shot. Some people's reviews complained about the screen being blue, lol. (read the instructions) you have to remove the screen protector's blue film. Speaking of which, the built in screen protector is worthless. I makes the screen feel spongy and very unresponsive. The good thing is that it is easily removed. Perhaps the manufacturer outta remove the screen protector all together from the product and avoid all the headaches and returns. The case itself was easy to install and seems very sturdy. Manufacturer claims military spec'd but I'm not in the military and don't know what the specs are. The back of the case is non-slip plastic and makes it easy when holding the phone while browsing. The wireless charging comparability is 100% legit, it works on my home wireless charger and also my truck's. Overall I'm very satisfied with this iphone 11 case. Works great.

Very difficult to open, picture instructions hard to understand as well. Even my husband had a hard time separating the outer case from the inner one. We ended up using a blunt table knife to separate the two. Once I got it on my phone, very pleased with the sturdiness and it looks and feels very durable. The color is a little dull ( mine is red) but that’s probably due to the texturized finish as opposed to a slick one. I didn’t even try the screen protector, removed it before putting my phone in the case. The case itself should protect the screen well enough with the raised lip around the screen. I like the raised lip around the camera lens too. The only feature I’m not sure will hold up is the cover over the charging port, I expect in time it will tear off from repeated opening and closing but that’s not at all a deal breaker. Overall I ‘m pleased with this purchase, we’ll see how well it performs over time.

Worst phone case you could possibly pick. If you value instant touch response and accuracy in spelling, then run away from this phone case as far as you can get. The built in screen protector is a millimeter away from the phone touchscreen and the delay and non responsive touch through the screen protector will drive you mad. It’s beyond annoying. I hate it. You will hate it too. Buyer beware!

I love it it holds the phone very well

I'm not entirely unhappy with my purchase, but there's room for improvement. I mainly bought this case FOR the built in screen protector. If you watch the review video, you'll see the screen protector is more like a bubble of air over your screen. It makes it hard to detect touch and you can see the screen pushes in when you tap. There's no way you could text with it on. I ended up ripping the plastic film off. Another personal disappointment about the case I bought was the color. To me, it doesn't match the color provided in the picture. I still like the color I was given but I wish it matched more to the picture. Lastly, the buttons. This issue isn't necessarily a bad thing for some people, but for me, it's a little bit of an inconvenience. The power button and volume buttons are very sensitive to the touch. I usually screenshot on accident when I attempted to turn on or off the screen. All in all, I probably wouldn't recommend this purchase to someone, nor would I buy this kind of case again for an iPhone 11. The case is also extremely hard to take apart, but it is a strong case with layers to protect the phone so I'll hold onto it until I can find another case.
