Clearly there is no quality control or post production testing of this item. If there were the design flaw would have been immediately apparent and, hopefully, corrected. As it is, the dish is too deep or the base is too short (take your pick) to accommodate the bulb provided. This is why the dish tilts. Were it not for this design flaw, I would've given it 5 stars and it would've been just what I was looking for. Sadly, it will be returned and my search resumes.

The actual melter is very nice; however, the bulb that is included doesn't fit under the plate. The plate rests about 1/4" above the top of the base and tilts to one side or the other. I tried other smaller bulbs, but they weren't hot enough to melt the wax. I contacted the seller and received no response after a week. At this point, it's going back.

This is lovely, and melts the wax fine. But the bowl touches the bulb underneath it, meaning it sits on a tilt. I’m trying to live with it but it bugs me. Wondering if too late to send back...

Very cute oil burner but have yet to use it due to the bulb arriving broken. Will have to search stores for the specific bulb that works for this light as it does look unique. Pretty disappointed.

Don’t buy this!! I bought two and both the light bulb is too big that the plate does not sit straight for you to put the wax. Now if you wanna go out and tray to find a new bulb that fits something you got new 🤨

It never actually melts the wax. I’ve tried different light bulbs and it just won’t melt. It barely even gets hot.

Love it except the bulb is too big or the dish is too deep. It doesn’t sit properly so I’ll try to find a different bulb so the dish will fit all the way down.

I liked the white, filligree look of the warmer. When the bulb was installed, though, the wax bowl would not sit down level again. It was touching the bulb. I am uncomgortable using the warmer for very long and not when I am not in the room. The light holes in the base are a bit too large and the light glares too much to look at for long.
