My dog had been on 6 weeks of antibiotics and we were looking for a strong probiotic to help his gut recover and to help his stool improve and we saw immediate results after starting this. His stool started returning to normal (shape/texture) and we feel better knowing that we are helping his gut recover after all those antibiotics wiped out all the good bacteria in his digestive system. We searched and read many reviews before going with this brand and glad that we found it.

Great for my dog after a course of antibiotics

My 12 year old chihuahua had a uti infection and as such, was placed on 14 days of antibiotics. He developed digestive issues (runny poop) that lasted for over a week even after antibiotics were finished.I purchased these probiotics (after reading positive reviews) and they did the trick! After about 3 or 4 days, his poop returned to normal. I now give him one capsule every day just to maintain healthy digestion, especially since his vet said the uti may return and it is best to keep him on probiotics to counter the effects of antibiotics in the future.The only drawback is the price: I think they are expensive...but we do whatever we need to do to keep our pets healthy. :)

Our pitbull is on antibiotics frequently (for a chronic issue), and these did the trick - we worry about his stomach and wellness, so probiotics can help and we didn’t see or feel any problem with these.

It's a miracle probiotic. We travel and our dogs go to the kennel. This product has prevented diarrhea and upset bellies. Our dogs have never never had healthier poos. Their coats are also amazing. What a lifesaver this probiotic has been!

I am taking care of a dog who has to take 8 strong antibiotic pills everyday for a month as the initial treatment of heartworms. After a few days on the antibiotic, the dog was completely miserable. I couldn’t get her to eat anything, which would cause her to throw up every time I gave her the medicine. She could barely move off the couch, even to go outside to use the bathroom. I called her vet’s office, and they told me to discontinue the antibiotic for 24 hours and then start back up. I started doing some research online and found several sites recommending products containing S. boulardii. I found this product and after reading the reviews, I got it. It has been a lifesaver! I give her one twice a day at the same time I give her the antibiotic, and she hasn’t lost her appetite at all, she is much more alert and active, and she just feels better overall. I would HIGHLY recommend this if your dog is taking an antibiotic that is causing them to feel bad. I am so glad I found this!

After taking antibiotics my dog was having severe diarrhea every few days. I tried special food with probiotics and even another brand of probiotic supplements. Nothing helped. I finally tried this and after one bottle her issues seem to have been resolved. We’re doing another bottle to be sure things are good but I’m so pleased and she feels so much better.
