Great little amp
Use this on my desktop with Dali speakers. Sounds fantastic and easily powerful enough. Had it 3 months with no problems other than at very low volume setting on the amp the left change doesn’t work however this is no real problem as all you do is turn the input source down a little

Little cracker
Great little amplifier with quality sound. Perfect for a desk top nearfield set up. However I’m using mine to replace a vintage rotel amp powering 2 pairs of jbl control 28’s on my patio. The supplied 6amp transformer provides plenty of power however if you need more watts a larger transformer will be £80 to £100. Only issue if using bluetooth you must “forget” the device on your phone or tablet to return to line level inputs.

Great little amp
Nice little amplifier. I tried this chipset and the 3116. This is a much better IMO. I would recommend this for nice desktop amp

Unit blew after 2 months
Unit blew up after 2 month occasional use. Volume knob also emitted a crackle and hiss with turning on / off. Not too bad a sound when it worked, though nowhere near the wattages or volume stated before it starts to distort. A real shame as actually this product has a lot of potential to be a great unit. But with only 2 months active life the quality is just not there. I have many hifi pieces that cost this type of price 10 - 20 years ago and they are still running. Also couldn't find any information on any warranty for this product. Escalated to Amazon CS who kindly (and rightly) accepted a return for this.

Sturdy like Tyson and can punch hard too...
Very nice build quality on this unit. Better than expected if I am honest. The tone controls are nice and smooth with a soft incremental step which exudes quality when using. The chassis is nice and robust and the VU meter is a very pleasant addition to this small class D amp from Aiyima. The sound quality is very good, it is clear and fairly accurate. The bass punches quite hard but not the deepest, this is the basic sound of the NE5532 op amp which are not interchangeable like Aiyima A07/A04 so you should bare that in mind if you like to roll op amps for different sound signatures. The Bluetooth is ok but obviously not on a par with something like the iFi Zen Blue so don't expect too much from that, it’s pretty much a standard sound quality that’s found across most basic Bluetooth devices regardless. I hooked this up to an decent DAC and its produced a respectable overall sound and it is loud. I can listen comfortably with the volume dial around a quarter of the way up so it really does have plenty of power. The supplied 36v transformer is well built too and does a good job.

Annoyingly superb
The TLDR is that this tiny little amp is a fine replacement for my beloved Yamaha AS500 that cost around £300 and served me well for over 9 years...The first song I played on it was Odesza - A Moment Apart and straightaway I could tell that the bass was tighter compared to the Yamaha. Not only that but instrument separation seemed even better too. Next I tried Nightwish - My Walden because from 3:30 onwards, the song gets very busy instrument-wise and the punchiness and instrument separation was just superb. So after enjoying a few more songs that I know very well, I put it to the ultimate test: Tchaikovsky's 1812 overture with Canon and Bells at high volume - the sound stage was big and volume was dynamic, allowing the finale to shine in all its explosive glory. The only negatives for this amp is that the speaker binding posts are tiny and fitting the speaker wire into the back was a bit of a chore so I will be using thin speaker wire next and the volume dial is a bit dodgy at low volume - turning it past 9 o'clock is the only sure way of avoiding silence. This amp gives a surprising performance especially given its small size and the fact that it is class D. Perhaps class D amp technology has been improved greatly recently in China? This amp is good but annoyingly so because what I've believed in and preached for so long (that to have decent sound you need a big, heavy amplifier) doesn't seem to be true anymore.
