Salt Inhaler Elephant Style Ceramic Inhaler with Himalayan Natural Crystal Salt, Mini Salt Cave

I have asthma and am hoping to cut down on medicated inhalers. My friend wanted one, so I ordered another. She has bronchiactisis. (I hope that's spelled right.) Anyway she has been using hers faithfully and believes it is making her lungs stronger and increasing her oxygen. In my case, I have cut down on using my prescription inhaler, but will have to wait and see how this does long term. I was very pleased with this purchase.

I really liked the idea of trying something much more natural than my inhaler but unfortunately, this does not work for me. I've had the product for a month and had hopes that it would work especially seeing all of these wonderful reviews. I followed the directions and even bought some extra salt to see if that would help but it didn't help. I've even watched YouTube videos of people showing how to use products like this.I will continue trying the product just incase I need a little more time with it. If anything positive happens for me, I'll update my review.

The only problem is that it is not refillable.

Too small for me to use comfortably.

Too small and ineffective, wish I had bought a different brand.

I rarely write reviews, but this product has helped me so much. I have suffered for years with terrible sinus issues caused by my many allergies and underdeveloped maxillary sinuses. It is not seasonal for me, it is all year long. I have tried just about everything else (even sinus surgery) and rarely got any relief. I'm surprised at its effectiveness so I bought this.

Unused...not effective no way to use

Waited a while before reviewing this item because I knew it would take time to have an effect on my COPD and Interstitial Lung Disease. But I can now say that it works better than those steroid inhalers which I haven't used since getting this item.
