I bought this to protect an antique table surface and it has worked great. It's balanced, absorbent and just the right size to catch any dew or watery run off from a sweating cup. It's also an attractive finish and very easy to clean.

I can't even remember how long we've been looking for coasters that don't stick to the bottom of the glass, don't end up swimming in water, and worse yet, allow moisture to seep onto a tabletop! I bought the colorful series for my roommates to use on my wooden table. The coasters are so cute and sturdy. The colors are very modern, as most things have a slight grey tone nowadays and goes great with our grey floors and grey-toned furniture. Very absorbent and really like the holder that comes with the set. Great value and looks beautiful on the table so more people will use it!

I bought this for my daughter who has a toddler because she would bang the stone ones on the glass table. These have held up well and would be difficult to break. They will hold a large bottomed glass and absorb condensation well.
