Really disappointed as I bought this because I thought it would dispense all 3 meals. You can only automate 2 of the 3 meals so one of them has to be manually put in which defeats the purpose of having 3 separate slots. It was supposed to help for when I have busy days but it feels more of a hinderence.

Worked for 2 or 3 days then broke. Kept resetting myself, time kept changing, and the compartment doesn’t align anymore despite every manual reset attempt. Don’t waste your money.

The box looked like it had been opened before. For good reason it looks like… The food tray doesn’t rotate the whole way , it gets stuck half way. Tech is pretty basic , the display and set up is simple but ineffective and definitely wasn’t worth waiting over a week to get it. Additionally - the item is non returnable. Maybe I just got a bad piece, which happens sometimes, I get that, but I needed this to work for my lil one. Oh well, Hopefully will get a refund for it though. Disappointing purchase

Se siete tormentati dal vostro gatto che alle prime luci dell’alba vi salta sul letto, avete trovato l’oggetto che fa per voi. Avrete almeno 5 minuti di calma, più il tempo per la pennichella post prandiana. Inoltre vi permette di erogare il cibo se siete fuori casa per lavoro o impegni. La ciotola è fatta davvero bene, materiali robusti e a prova di scassinamento. Si può anche fissare ad un pannello per evitare che il gatto sposti la ciotola. Facile da programmare e da pulire. Non è proprio immediato capirne il funzionamento, avrei gradito che mettessero delle frecce per aver chiaro il senso di rotazione e anche il numero dello scompartimento a vista dentro la ciotola, ma sono finezze. Ho notato che a volte il meccanismo si sfasa, forse perché il gatto ci mette lo zampino…. e quindi il settore dello scompartimento non è ben allineato con l’apertura. Di solito basta farla ruotare per rimetterla a posto. Utile il ghiacciolo da freezer per conservare fresco il pasto, sarebbe stato utile averne anche un secondo da alternare.

Works as expected. I read reviews saying the cat's could put their paw up the shoot and knock down food. The model i received has a guard that prevents this from happening. There's also clips on the food reservoir lid to prevent the cats from getting in and clip on the bowl to prevent detachment. So far in the month ive had it, it hasnt missed a meal. Always dispenses food on the exact time its been set to. Correct food portions. Large food reservoir. Overall just a great machine that has simplified the process of feeding my two cats. Cons 1. The reservoir doesn't clip in with the base 2. Its loud 3. Directions are a little complicated at first *****UPDATE 12/08/2016****** I've had this unit a little over two years now and it still works as advised. Now I'm using it to feed 4 cats instead of 2 with no issues. I haven't had to reprogram it once besides adjusting the units of food for 2 more cats. It's also been real sturdy. I had someone step on the neck that drops the food. To my surprise it didn't break, just snapped off the base. Great design. Literally just had to realign the turning mechanism with the neck and popped it back on. Overall a great product that has been used 3 times a day for 2 years. For all the negative comments from people that are to lazy to spend the 30 minutes and figure out the directions, well that doesn't mean the product deserves one star because of your ignorance.

I love the cat feeder and needed a 2nd tray. This tray is well constructed, and is easy to clean. I thought it was entirely stainless steel, but only the tray inserts are stainless. I suppose it makes them easier to wash that way, but it was a little misleading from the photo. The stainless steel food trays fit inside a plastic tray, which sits in the feeder. It's nice having a 2nd tray for the feeder, though. Four stars and not five, because of the misleading photo. I've added more photos so you can see what actually comes in the box.

We needed this to stop the 5AM "wake-up and feed me" antics of our newest fur baby. It's just a simple count down timer, so you set it to how many hours you want to elapse before the lid opens. We've had it a few weeks now and it's performed great. There was only one time the lid didn't open at the right time, but it was my mistake setting it for too many hours. The one thing I didn't like was putting the wet food directly in the plastic tray, so instead found a shallow metal bowl that I wash every day. We can now sleep in peace and our kitty is much happier that he gets to eat on his timetable. Very happy with this product!! =^..^=
