Working well

Nice design. Instructions made sense on how to setup. Nice having 3 more US?B ports right up front. Controller charger locations hold the controllers nice and tight. Fan is pretty quiet and don't really notice it on high. Controllers charge relatively quickly.

Matched the aesthetics so I was happy. Holds two controllers, brings a hook for headphones, and it easily connects to the PS5. There’s space for the media remote but I don’t have one so it’s not a big deal to have a small empty space on this dock. The light indicators all work. There are 3 fan speeds and they all do a great job of keeping the PS5 cool while being incredibly low in sound. The only issue is when both controls are not being charged, the lights stay on. Either way, this is the most efficient solution to managing all of your PS5 needs in an inexpensive way. Plus, it is so easy to wipe down!

The unit has been good so far and it does everything it says it's going to do. My reason for the four star ratings is although the fans are on their highest man. Does that PlayStation 5 heat up like an oven? I didn't go anywhere near the first week. I used it but one of the cables got bumped out when I moved it and I felt the heat coming out of the back of it and if this unit is supposed to be drawing the heat out or blowing it out, it doesn't seem to be that strong because it shouldn't be as hot as it is my ps5 but it is. It does appear to be working but I don't know. I thought it would work a little bit better. I got this unit as supposed to the sideway units because this sideway units. Will you put the thing flat down instead of vertically? The air is sucked out of the bottom but the bottom of the unit is flat against the surface so the airflow is restricted when it's sitting flat down. But this unit is one of the few ones. It has the air being blown out of the back of it where there's no restrictions and no obstructions of the vents. So when the air is being drawn out or pushed out, it's been pushed out directly from the back with no restrictions so far. Everything on it works. I haven't had any problems with it. It was a good value for the money and I would buy it again if I needed one. But the rating again for the four stars and not five is I don't really know how well the fans work. It's really hard to tell
