Good quality, did not tarnish, love them too bad i had to shave my beard for work :(

Even the gorgeous Ástarstafur rune isn't enough to distract from the glaringly misaligned mold seams that mar the sides of every one of these beads. These could use some serious quality control; if I've seen a sloppier looking bead, I don't recall it (I make jewelry so I've gone through quite a few beads). I also question the claim that these are plated with sterling silver; not only do they have the rather dull pallor of a base metal, but the undertone is the wrong color. I compared them to a dozen different pieces of silver, and these had a distinctly cooler tint than all of them. On the plus side, they are generously sized and easy to thread, even without using a tool. Quite heavy.
