The plastic pieces that fit together are made of hard plastic. It’s easy to get on. Make sure to keep your arms up. The weight that swings around hurts if it hits your hand! The workout is great. I do 5 minutes with the weight going one way then 5 minutes the other way. I try to do it half an hour a day. Highly recommended.

Very easy to add pieces if needed. Only prob is the counter don’t work! Very disappointed

The hoops itself works fine, at least when I swing to the left. If I swing to the right, it gets stuck. It's not comfortable at all - I would like to have more cushioning on the inside, as it feels quite hard when I'm actually using it.Also, although I see that the listing now says that the "fitness tracker" is just a plug and isn't meant to be functional, that was NOT clearly stated when I bought this, and I spent a fair amount of time trying to figure out what I was doing wrong with it. I thought it was a dud and, well ... I was right, and I'm mildly annoyed that fact wasn't made clear from the beginning. But I didn't buy the thing for that, so it's not a huge deal to me.I may eventually get another, different, hoop. Or maybe I'll find some other fitness trend to try for 15 minutes. Either way, this purchase was kind of a bust. I recommend looking elsewhere.

Easy to assemble. I like that I can easily adjust the height of both bars. I like that I can move the feet so i can "flatten it" to slide under a bed for storage. Its sturdy to use.

This product actually hurt to use it. It has no buffer system for your body. The hard (and I mean hard) plastic pushes on your hip and stomach. We had a hard time making the weight go 1 lap around. My 11 yr old tried and it barely worked. And if you are plus sized don’t bother it probably won’t fit you. We bought a different one and it’s way better. Comfortable and works great. Please don’t buy this!
