This is going to be a long but honest review! Be prepared lol! I’ll start with the positives and then move into some of the negatives of this floor cleaner. Some context (might be irrelevant to you): I have 3 indoor short-haired dogs that shed mildly. I also have 2 indoor cats. The square footage of the flooring in my house that I can use this on is about 1300 square feet or more. Our flooring is linoleum. We live on a farm so we track in a lot of dirt and debris daily. The good stuff: I love the lightweight design! It’s compact so it can easily be stored and carried around. It also slides fairly easily under the edges of furniture. It is also not too terribly loud when running, about the same as a roomba or smaller battery-operated vacuum cleaner. The noise doesn’t bother my dogs! It picks up SO MUCH dog hair, which I love! Traditional sweeping or even vacuuming doesn’t seem to be that effective, so this is amazing for that. It also does great at picking up dirt and debris from the floor. I have tried it on super big messes, just everyday things. It also cleans first paw prints and shoe prints off the floor very well. It’s self-propelled, so I don’t feel like I have to push it around incessantly and throw out my shoulder to clean. Very easy to use. I love the voice commands when self-cleaning. Let’s be honest - the self-cleaning is AMAZING! The battery life lasts to clean my 1300 square foot space, hitting all the major spots. I’m sure if I deep cleaned and moved furniture, it might not. I love that it doesn’t require a ton of cleaning solution so you don’t feel like you have to break the bank. To clean the floors and run the cleaning cycle uses about two clean water tanks. So I generally have to refill at least once during a cleaning period. The app is pretty neat to use too! One of my favorite things is how fast it dries! Typically, for whatever reason, our floors take a long time to dry when traditionally mopping them. This sucker dries so quick! It makes cleaning so much faster. The negatives: The clean water tank is not super big, so you have to refill it at least once when cleaning a larger space and also to run the self-cleaning cycle. The self-cleaning cycle has voice prompts, so you can’t necessarily turn on the self-cleaning cycle and walk away and let it do its thing. You might have to refill the clean water tank or empty the dirty water tank, etc. Obviously it has to be plugged up to charge, so it has to be near an outlet after use. This keeps it from being able to be stored in a linen closet or something when not in use. I live in a double-wide mobile home that has a piece of wood that acts as a seam binder in the middle of our floor (annoying, I know). This machine doesn’t necessarily love that piece of wood and it’s kind of hard to clean around. On that note, it also doesn’t get around the edges of walls and cabinets very well. The suction isn’t hard enough to get any debris around trim work. If you’re moving it sideways along the wall, it picks up things fairly well. However, if you’re getting close to trim or cabinets from the front of the machine, it doesn’t get super close to the edges. When you turn it off after use and it stops spinning the brush, it leaks a little bit on the floor. I’ve gotten to where I make my way back to the self-cleaning pad and just place it on that so it doesn’t mess up the clean floors. Charging takes a little while (I plugged it up at 20% and the app told me it had 170 minutes remaining until fully charged), but it’s not too bad if you’re using it sparingly and not multiple times a day back-to-back. This would be annoying, however, if you’re cleaning a larger space and had to charge in between cleaning spaces.

La súper mega recomiendo limpia fácil muy bien trapeador no deja mojado, no tira agua Tengo 3 perros y limpia las patas marcadas en el piso, no deja pegajoso al terminar puedes pasar una servilleta en el piso y comprobar que si está limpio Es cierto no limpia muy bien las orillas deja un espacio como de 2 dedos pero no importa por qué ayuda bastante al día a día no es lo mismo pasar un trapeador y limpiar únicamente las orillas que todo el piso Yo si, la recomiendo. A mi si que me ayuda ya que las mascotas hacen un desorden con el piso COMPRENLAA!!!

Okay where do I begin? I have wanted this vacuum for so long and was so excited to notice it had a $100 off coupon so I immediately ordered and did not regret! My house is 2,000 sq ft and having 4 children, 3 of them being toddlers they make a tremendous mess spilling and dropping drinks, food, etc everywhere on a daily. It was hard for me to mop with the toddlers getting into the mop water so it wasn’t often I could mop which left an uneasy feeling knowing my floors were not always clean with 4 children rolling around on them. When I received this I was a bit apprehensive not knowing if it was going to live up to my expectations but OMG IT DID! I love this vacuum it makes “mopping” so much easier and I use it multiple times a day everyday! It makes it easy to quickly clean up any mess thick or thin. I have all wood and tile floors throughout my house which makes this machine so much more convenient for me. It has a self cleaning mode which I love so I know I’m not cleaning my floors with a dirty roller. I will add that I wish there was a roller with more tougher Brussels to really get the hard stuck on food off the floor but I understand it’s designed to not scratch the floors. It also came with an extra roller, an extra filter and cleaning brush to clean the machine and dirty water tank which is extremely easy to dump and since out. I was actually disbelief on how easy everything was. The charging is simple, the self cleaning is simple, dumping the water tank is simple and refilling water and cleaner is simple. I also absolutely love that it has a pad to sit on so when it does the self cleaning non of the water during the process gets in the floor. The vacuum suck debris from the side of the vacuum when cleaning under kitchen cabinets or along the base boards it sucks up dust or debris from the side of the vacuum. Also might I add that when vacuuming it sucks the water back up on the second pass so it’s cleaning the floor and drying instantly the same time so you don’t have to wait for the floors to dry which was always a big problem for me having toddlers and trying to keep them off the wet floor until it dried completely when urging a traditional mop and bucket. The only CON I can say about this vacuum is I do wish it had a hand held attachment or something that could help get into smaller places such as the floor around the toilet and other small places that a mop would fit. I hope this review helps! Just buy the vacuum it’ll be completely worth it I promise, take it from a mom if 4!!!

No soy mucho de escribir opiniones pero creo que este producto realmente lo merece. Es un gran producto para limpiar, deja los pisos relucientes con poco esfuerzo. La verdad es que hace muy fácil la limpieza de la casa. El unico tema que tuve es que no llegó el líquido limpiador dentro de la caja pero el vendedor me contactó y lo solucionó por lo cual estoy muy contento con mi compra.

I bought this machine 3 years ago. It worked amazingly well for the first 6 months or so and then the performance started to decline. I bought new brushes and filters for it and that helped, but I noticed that I had to run it on deep clean all the time to get the water picked up off the floor and then noticed that the battery was draining super fast. Eventually I had to return it to Tineco for repair. I had to buy my own box ($26) for it to be shipped to them but they did give me a credit to my Amazon account for that amount. It took several weeks to get my machine back but it came back with a brand new battery and was ok for a while. Then right when the 2 year warranty expired, it started leaking dirty water all over the place. I took it apart, deep cleaned it, and that kind of helped. It was still dripping around the sides of the roller. Now it leaks terribly, smells awful, doesn't clean any more than it makes a mess, and is not usable. Very frustrating. A $300 floor cleaner should last longer than 3 years in my opinion. Additionally, after taking it apart today to deep clean it again in a last ditch effort to save it, the clean water tank now dumps out all over the floor as soon as you place it into the machine. Pros: works great for a little while Cons: takes a long time to charge, battery doesn't last, rollers and filters need replacement often, clean water tank gets mold in it that you can't get out, machine smells horrific unless you deep clean every single time you use it, cleaner is expensive, and it leaks. I would not recommend it and I will never buy another Tineco product.
