Amazing product, pushes me to walk more and has an app to track as well.

I was previously using apple watch but the battery is quite a problem for me. The battery on this watch is great. It lasts me for days 3-4 days. The only issue I noticed is the distance measurement. When I am walking, going the same route I did using my apple watch, and using samsung health, the 7km would only be 6.4km in my fitbit. Not so accurate.

It’s about ten days since I got it. First few days it worked well until it started to lag behind on telling the time. It’s four hours and some behind, I’ve tried everything to get the watch showing real time but it’s not working. The only choice left is to return it because it can’t be a watch if it ain’t telling the time. I’m quite disappointed!

Good watch and accurate but system is not useful also app not useful

It’s like ever since google bought Fitbit it’s going backwards. If you have an older version of versa DO NOT BUY THIS ONE! It’s a huge downgrade. I don’t understand how are they even calling this a smartwatch, right now it’s just a basic fitness tracker. No downloadable app, no Arabic language support, and apparently I can’t even use the wallet now in my country, even though I’m able to do so on my old fitbit sense! Waste of money and waste of what was once a good company, I don’t think I’m ever buying anything from fitbit again now that it’s owned by google :)

It was amazing for 10 days but then the battery wouldn't lasr more than 16hrs.. i returned it, and disnt get refund for the warranty
